Very nice frontbeach hotel. It has an outdoor pool and direct access to the beach. Its not typical "party" hotel so you can really chill and have a rest. Nice views from the room to the beach. All was clean and tidy, the only contra the facilities are a old.

Muchos aspectos que mejorar, en la limpieza de la habitación, sobre todo en el baño, no estaría mal que miraran si funcionan las cosas, cisterna WC y secador. Cogimos solo desayuno el cual, destacar que el café no fuimos capaces de beber, también muy escaso en variedad. El check-in muy pobre sin ninguna información de la zona ni de las zonas comunes, simplemente pagar tasas y mándame el voucher a este email y poco más. Zonas comunes necesitan reformar y pasillos etc etc..... Más bien le pondría 3 estrellas. Sin duda no repetiremos....

ACHTUNG...!!! Trotz rechtzeitiger Stornierung, hat das Hotel die Anzahlung von 101.84€ mit der Aussage "Man findet die Anzahlung im System nicht" NICHT ERSTATTET. Auf mehr als 5. e-mails wird NICHT reagiert. Leider waren die 120.Tage verstrichen, so das wir über die Kreditkarte auch das Geld nicht zurückholen konnten. FRAU ZITA von der Rezeption windet sich in ausreden...!!! Wirklich helfen, tut Sie nicht. Stornierungscode: 23102191131 Wobei ich denke, dass es auch niemanden im Hotel interessiert. Leider hat das 4R Gran Europe zwei Stammgäste verloren.

Hotel is not set up for tourists, no trips or buses running.. no shops near by that was open., a ten minute walk on the beach front to a handful of bars and shops , no English guests and mostly Spanish..Reception ordered us a taxi daily to callafel, which is 15 euros one way and 10 minutes away, beautiful beach there and lots of shops and bars. One hour on the train will take you to Barcelona which was 15 euros return each , 5 mins in a taxi to the train station. It was very busy in Barcelona and noisy with heavy traffic and packed with tourists. The train station is underground so remember how to get back....the hotel food is good, lots of fresh fish being cooked and meats, fresh fruit and cakes..did not see any all inclusive snacks in the day time,but maybe you had to ask. Rooms was comfortable and seaview from the balcony. Beds comfortable with soft bedding. Would not return, only because we prefer to be surrounded by shops and a 10 am check out is too early when you have a night flight, we kept asking to pay for a late check out but they will not tell you until 9am on check out day, which is madness when you still have to get packed and ready to leave by 10am incase it's a no . We felt like they should know who is arriving ahead so checked out at 10am . All inclusive runs out at midday on departure day. Nice hotel but nothing to do.

Zijn vandaag met pijn in ons hart vertrokken uit 4 gran europe,we hebben t giga gehad. De kamer was prachtig/ modern/ goede schoonmaak,direct aan t strand,super vriendelijk personeel,lekker eten,shows,muziek,al met al super vakantie gehad, gaan in sept weer terug. Konden bij hotel parkeren maar je kunt ook in parkeergarage vh hotel zetten a 7eu pdg dan staat ie overdekt/ binnen. Direct aan de boulevard met restaurantjes,winkeltjes en laatste 2dg kraampjes avonds,in t begin v onze vak waren nog div tentjes dicht maar zal in seizoen anders zijn.

The hotel has to improve a lot in room cleaning. Ours was a renovated room, but all the water from the shower came out onto the floor of the room, I had to put towels on the floor to dry it. With a shower door this would be solved quite a bit. On the other hand, I was surprised that being a beach hotel, and with good balconies, there is not a folding clothesline on the wall.
