So lovely to stay in the property. Benoit was very kind and welcoming. Helpful introduction and information on the local area. Obviously, work is being done on the property but this caused no inconvenience. Loved the simplicity in the design, super comfortable beds and great location.

Zentral, aber recht ruhig, schlicht, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet (sogar Wasserkocher) und sehr sauber. Kurz: Das Haus besitzt alles, was man braucht - nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Manches ist sehr speziell, zum Beispiel die Tapetenwahl und die offenbar schon länger anhaltende Renovationsphase. Dies macht das Hotel noch mehr «particulier». Der Besitzer Benoît nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste. Nur Frühstück gibt es seit Corona nicht mehr, womit das B&B, zum «B» geworden ist. Doch um die Ecke im Zentrum gibt es genug Alternativen. Nur nicht an Maria Himmelfahrt...

This small hotel is a short walk from the centre, convenient for us as we had to catch the Eurotunnel in the morning and it's a 10-15 minute drive. The owner was very kind, there is the possibility of parking for free on the street or privately (€4), Characteristic room, with original wallpaper, not very large but everything was there, clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, wi -free fi and quite quiet. Excellent value for money.

The owner provided easy to follow instructions to get access to the hotel and parking. Great location for restaurants and access to the ferry port, beautifully clean, uncomplicated stay. Everything that we wished for. We will definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you.

We arrived just before midnight and followed the clear instructions Benoit had sent me: we used the keypad to gain entry and the key was in our room as promised. The room was lovely - the beds were extremely comfortable with crisp linens, the room was warm and the en-suite shower was powerful and hot. There was plenty of parking on the quiet street outside. In the morning we were able to see, from our balcony, Richelieu Park which faced our hotel. Whilst in a quiet street, the centre of town is only a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend this hotel: it was good value, well situated, clean and comfortable 😊😊😊

Wonderful location next to a park. Easy access to everything. Benoit was wonderful and patient with us. Our response to his requests went to *******s "no reply" email. 😳
