What a awful experience.The moment we entered the room, we realised such a dirty room with so conducted untidy bathroom. We immediately started searching for other hotel room, because of festival unfortunately no rooms were available, we adjust for a day and didn't even take a bath and vacated the room earlier then the booked number of days, the management never bothered to refund ad well, even after trip.com guys tried several times. Please avoid this hotel if you are serious about security and looking for a real hotel experience. Please see the photos. I wonder what quality check these trip.com like company doing, just making them available for customers like us to suffer, just in the name of business.

Avoid, the rooms are paper think, load of kids runing the hall's I til 1am people arguing and you hear it all, very poor rooms it is cheap by absolutely avoid

Located across the road to the train station and close to the free bus from the ferry terminal (stops across the road). Very basic facilities, that are very old. Musty smells. You get what you pay for. I was double charged and am now waiting for a refund.

For one night is good 😊

For us the location was perfect because we wanted to be near the departure of the ferry and we were looking for a place to sleep and nothing more. Good quality/fair price with simple breakfast included.

The location is quite good but they made me wait more than half an hour to get into my room and I was the only one in line. the premises smell too much of cigarette, I only stayed one night but had to buy air freshener. Everything was clean and breakfast was buffet style, breakfast was fine for me. but they should fix the cigarette smell in the building since for people who don't smoke it can become quite uncomfortable.

Very satisfied with the room, on the other hand the breakfast much less: service from 6:30 am (ok) to 9:30 am ??? It surprised me, why not until 10am? As we arrived around 9-9:10 there were no more paper napkins!?!? I thought it's annoying for tomorrow.... In short, rather disappointed with the breakfast service

Again the reservation number was wrong I had to call, insolent roommate.

It's too too small it's a shame because the location is top and there are lots of things around Room 10m2 for 3 it is not possible Shower with light that does not go out and window that overlooks nothing. But the staff is nice
