Blackstone Country Villages Hotel

The hotel was dirty, the bathroom had an unbearable smell, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately it was a terrible stay. Being in the PB apar**ents means not being able to sleep, the noise of the people staying upstairs comes through the chimney, it sounds as if you were upstairs with them

We were with my family in February 2024. The facilities are very nice, the complex is meters from the reartes roundabout just 3/4 km from the VGB center. The apar**ents are very nice and well equipped. Cleanliness is the weakest thing about the place. It's not every day and it's very superficial. The views are very beautiful. The complex has several outdoor swimming pools and a heated one with a covered part. It has paddle tennis courts, games for children and recreation. It does not have a restaurant there but deliveries arrive and it has a fairly complete supply inside (except meats, fruits and vegetables). I think it is a highly recommended place to go with the family.

Horrible, I do not recommend it, we found a rat in an armchair, the pool with little maintenance and not only do they not change the face towels at all, but they are all broken, the recreation with a humor in keeping with the place! Everything is terrible, I don't recommend it

I stayed with my family at the end of February and it was horrible. The pools were over-chlorinated, especially the spa one. The first day we got into it our tights changed color and faded, my skin got hurt and my niece ended up sick. We couldn't get the smell of chlorine out of our bodies. Obviously we raised a complaint with the administration and they apologized and told us that they had already checked the pools and were now fine. For that reason we got into it again and after that my skin burned. They had to call a doctor who diagnosed me with a first degree burn caused by excess chlorine, he gave me medication to take and a cream to put on my body, I couldn't sleep because of the burning I felt, my body was burned. The administration did not give me a solution for the clothes we lost because everything was ruined and they did not reimburse me for what I spent on medications. We wanted to leave before completing the entire stay since the doctor told me that I couldn't even go near the window, that I had to stay inside because of the burns. After all this, they closed the pool due to excess chlorine. Management says my complaint was raised with legal but they never called me or cared about how my health was going. It was really a disaster. And finally, a rat crawled up my sister's arm, it came out of the box where they leave your breakfast!!!

It is the second time we are going to a higher category and we have noticed a great deterioration in the facilities, from the mattresses to having a broken glass in the kitchen. We used the sinks and they were ok. We do not use tennis/paddle courts

Our stay was excellent, the facilities are super suitable for families, the place is very clean, the pools are the best. The attention of all the staff is impeccable and they responded super quickly to each query. Without a doubt, we will return with the children.

The heated pools were dirty, I couldn't see my knees, I couldn't see the bottom. I complained and they told me that they would deal with it as they received complaints. One day they didn't bring me breakfast, I went outside to have breakfast, I took them the ticket and they never gave me the money back.

There is a lack of maintenance and cleaning of the apar**ents. We had to move due to the terrible conditions of the one we had been assigned to. The other one wasn't much better than the previous one. The rest, a disaster, the only thing I can save is the attention of the staff.

Complex NOT suitable for resting or for couples. They have a very large, beautiful complex but with too many details that they do not specify when hiring. Very high value compared to other hotels in the area. We went 8 nights of which: There were not enough lounge chairs, we were never able to grab one, there are many pools of which none are suitable for couples, it clearly looked like a summer camp of a club with millions of screaming children, very poor towel service you have We have to look for towels from 9 AM and return them the same day [three days we had to wait until 11 for them to give us them because the girl did not return from the laundry], foodtruck basic and expensive food, saves you from having to go there because at noon In high demand you have a delay of more than 1 hour, BAD cleaning service, everything very dirty, and on 3 occasions even with the lock on, the girl who cleans went into the apar**ent when we were inside sleeping [I clarify that the cleaning is done from 2:00 p.m. outside the normal time which is usually in the morning]. Very Bad Host Service with bad trea**ent by WhatsApp, windows and windows without locks, we had the apar**ent always open. 7 minutes from the center. There is a lot of lack of maintenance, the pools are dirty and broken. For what you pay, this hotel is not worth it, if you are a couple, don't go. If you have children it is recommended because they have games and activities for them. Except for the Host of block 20 for her bad attention, bad predisposition and without solving the problems, I highlight the super good attention at reception, the girl from the grocery store, security, the food truck boy who was mistreated due to the delay and does not deserve it . Being alone without help and with 40° ST is the fault of the poor organization they have in the complex. The bed is very large but the mattresses are expired, sagging, there are no pillows, there is only one pillow for each person. Apart 2004 - the air in the room does not work, the mattress is sagging, the windows do not have locks, pipes have a rotten smell when the water comes out, the spa in the bathtub does not work and neither does the shower. I'm never coming back again.
