My initial room still has a person in the room. New room still had garbage in mini bar, items missing from bar, inoperable TV and phone. Hotel staff came to look, but didn't fix or report. Instead charged me for the missing mini bar items. Staff was highly rude. No AC in hotel, super hot rooms. Beds were old and not good. Daily room cleaning was only air freshener spray. Light didn't work in common areas. Gym was super dark due to many lights not working.

I have stayed at the hotel on one occasion and continue to visit the restaurant still. The hotel, facilities and staff are very good and probably the Ritz of Calarasi, the Buffett style continental and English breakfast were well received. The restaurant is extremely good, always has customers present and the service is very good too, the quality and assortment of food and drink is excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Hotel 4 stelle fasullo , dipendenti scorbutici, stanze molte vecchie con puzza di fognatura , biancheria da letto consumata e sporca dove abbiamo contratto infezione da sgabbia sia io che mio figlio di 8 anni, non sanno trattare i clienti, abbiamo fatto una prenotazione oggi per il 26/03 hanno aumentato prezzi del 40% facendo pagare anche bambino di 8 anni….LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!!

Sono almeno 10 anni che lo conosco. Ma passando gli anni è peggiorato. In questi ultimi anni la stanza che mi hanno dato per il letto che aveva era piccola. Stanza con evidenti cose da sistemare : vedi carta da patata staccata dal muro e poche prese di corrente. Inesistente il parcheggio in quanto avendo due ristoranti vicino è sempre pieno e non è esclusivo per chi alloggia in hotel. Colazione normale peccato che quando ci sono andato l'ultima volta il responsabile della sala era poco responsabile. Perché ci vado? Perché nonostante tutto è l'unico mediocre. Ma non si merita più le stelle 4 stelle, a malapena 3
