Personal Poco amable. Tuvimos 3 habitaciones, todas con muy mal aseo, los televisores no funcionaban. Los baños con malos olores. No arreglan las habitaciones por falta de personal. Sirven calentado de desayuno con la comida de la noche anterior

La atención malísima, el personal atiende de muy mala manera, las habitaciones con mal olor, no las arreglan, los baños con hongos, dice que tiene tv con cable y mini bar y no es cierto, no se ve que tenga buen mantenimiento, no dejan toallas, los amenities son dos jabones pequeños y ya, en fin… no gasten su dinero en ese lugar.

En la vía Calarcá-La Bella se encuentra esta hacienda que parece que ya pasó por su años"mozos". Tiene todo de lo que parece haber sido un gran lugar de descanso y vacaciones en la zona cafetera; su construccion, zona verde, atracciones, estilo y decoración lo evidencian. La cuestión es que han pasado los años y también el lugar lo ha sentido; cabañas con madera desgastada, parque y piscina con muy poco mantenimiento, televisores sin señal, algunas habitaciones sin agua caliente en los baños, restaurantes con poca variedad y solo dos meseros. Tuvimos un almuerzo de bautizo y decepcionó el plato especial. En general el lugar es aseado y cumple para una estadía decente; para encontrar confort y entretenimiento le hace falta muuucho más cuidado (y tal vez un inversionista para una renovación). Su administradora y recepcionistas están atentas y dispuestas a las necesidades. ¿Volvería? No creo. Prefiero pagar más para un lugar con mayor cuidado.
