I have had an ongoing membership at Gorga Terme for the past 4 years. Although the family who are the custodians of this beautiful natural healing place are very kind and professional some of the people they employ are not suited for their position. Many times when I have traveled a great distance I will find the facility closed during scheduled hours simply because the couple working that shift found it inconvenient to keep it open.Recently the female desk clerk told me she was afraid to keep the door open during operating hours when there were not many people around so she would lock it. The male janitor who cleans the facility has been verbally abusive to me and I have been bullied by he and his wife when I am by myself. It is a great shame to allow a few bad apples to spoil this beautiful place but toxic people are not conducive to a healing environment.

E stato un regalo dei nostri figli, non lo consiglio ha nessuno, abbiamo soggiornato una notte compreso la piscina, la stanza era fredda l'aria condizionata non funzionava, avevamo comunicato alla reception ma il tecnico non era disponile abbiamo dormito con 3 coperte camera squallida rubinetti del bagno arrugginiti, per la doccia abbiamo aspettato un 10 minuti per l'acqua calda, che lasciava un odore sgradevole, il giorno successivo lasciando la stanza e consegnato le chiavi, siamo stati richiamati dalla ragazza della reception che dovevamo pagare, davanti ad altre persone all'ingresso, premetto che era stato pagato già in anticipo tramite booking una settimana prima, persone incompetente una ragazza che non sapeva gestire, in nostra presenza ha chiamato uno dei soci , è non si nemmeno scusata, comunque non lo consiglio a nessuno.

La struttura è un po' datata ma per il nostro scopo è sufficiente. Nei dintorni non c'è nulla, il centro abitato più vicino è a 10 km. La pulizia è sufficiente ma lo stato dei servizi è un po' trascurato, soprattutto la rubinetteria dovrebbe essere rinnovata. Il personale è QUASI tutto gentile. La cosa che mi è piaciuta meno è quella di dover pagare 12 euro per il bagno turco. Nonostante tutto, se ci si adatta e si chiude qualche occhio, la struttura è sufficiente per un weekend alle terme le cui acque sono eccezionali, tra le migliori in Italia. Credo che ci tornerò tra qualche mese, sperando che sia migliorata qualcosa.
