Tiene una excelente ubicación, en medio de las montañas, ideal para desconect**** del mundo, tiene un lobby impresionante y habitaciones muy cómodas y relajantes, el sonido del río es increíblemente agradable, y por último la amabilidad de la gente destacable

Esperaba un poco más, se contacta contigo por cada detalle antes de la llegada, sin embargo, ya en el sitio, si llegas de noche falta mucha iluminación, la cena estuvo bien, pero el sitio es bastante frío, y me refiero a que podrían poner un poco más de calefacción en su comedor. La gran decepción fue el desayuno, buffet escaso, pero independiente de eso, la atención pésima. Llegamos media hora antes de que concluya, pedimos un poco de leche, primero trajeron un cuenco bastante pequeñito pero cortado, se lo mencionamos e indicaron que no había más. Total que esperamos un montón para nada. Resalto el balcón de la habitación que da al río, Bonito y Agradable.

El sitio es muy bonito y acogedor. La ubicación frente al río le da un toque especial. Lo que debe mejorar es el desayuno que tiene poca variedad, incluso deberían tener una hornilla para mantener los huevos revueltos a buena temperatura. Todo lo demás bien.

Me encantó este lugar! Me encantaría venir. Los gentes aquí fue muy amable y servicial. La comida eran bien y las vistas eran espectaculares. El masaje fue muy relejante y tranquilo. Gracias para un experiencia muy bien y espero volver alguna vez en el futuro!

The place is simply beautiful! We wish we could stay for longer. The staff was great, food was good and I have no words for the landscapes. The structure of the hotel is really good. Special thanks to Marilu, Reith and Judith. WiFi doesn’t work too well in the rooms. And I wish I could pay for a bottle of water with card.

It was incredibly underwhelming. We were thinking to stay 2 nights if we really enjoyed it. We only stayed one. The staff made us feel unwelcome. Service at the restaurant was the worst. The food prices are really high for the average meals provided. If they were nice it would not have mattered that much. The place is beautiful though, too bad.

Alejado de todo el bullicio y rodeado de los apus, Amak nos brindó no sólo la oportunidad de disfrutar del Valle Sagrado y llenarnos de su energía, sino de recargarnos del trato encantador de quienes nos atendieron y de vivir toda una experiencia en los platos que nos sirvió su chef. Excelentes instalaciones y muy cordial el trato al cliente.

Such an amazing place!!! The entire hotel is so beautiful and peaceful and the staff was so nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a cute balcony overlooking the river. Walking around the hotel felt like a spa or a retreat. I would absolutely stay here again!!
