ANYONE travelling by motorway in Italy passes very close to this hotel. The Orte exit to the Milan Roma motorway is a huge junction cos you then have the Viterbo to Perugia superstrada at only about 100m from the motorway exit. Therefore you can find tyre shops, fuel stations, eating places and hotels all very near to the motorwat exit. Hotel Lazio is right next to the crossroads and cannot be more than 100m from the paystation where you exit the motorway. HUGE car van and truck park, SUPER restaurant and very comfy rooms too, prices are great and the service fantastic. NOT to be missed guys.

Well. This lovely place is a truck stop with a massive car park and wonderful food!! The hotel rooms are simple and VERY comfortable with great beds and showers. I stopped recently and the bill was a massive 70 Euro for the room plus TWO dinners. AND the hotel is about 100 metres off the Orte motorway junction so super easy, plus next door is a 24 hour fuel station, perfect!!! And Mauro the owner is a super lovely kind fellow too.

I discovered this lovely hotel several years ago and the place and the food are SO good that I return quite often. Location is fantastic cos from the Orte exit from the Roma to Milan motorway the hotel is about 100 metres, and is on the main road between Viterbo and Perugia. The hotel has a massive lorry park and thus many lorry drivers stop here for an overnight stay and food. In Italy the lorry drivers demand good food and value so for sure the meals are GREAT!!! I stayed recently going up to France and returning from France and as usual I was not disappointed. I had a wonderful fried cheese and raw ham mmmmm. DO NOT MISS!!!
