Bonito nas fotos, café da manha muito simples, barata no quarto, quarto mal limpo, curto circuito ficando sem energia por horas, obras, piscinas com bordas sujas, ainda queriam cobrar novamente a diaria, nao recomentdo.

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã excelente com frutas, pães, doces e bebidas. Fomos em família com dois idosos e as piscinas e estrutura do hotel nos atenderam muito bem. O ponto negativo é a abordagem constante dos agentes de venda de uma nova unidade.

Os quartos atendem seu propósito, reservamos 2; o primeiro estava com cheiro fortíssimo de mofo e/ou produtos de limpeza e nos foi concedido outro quarto maior, melhor e mais aconchegante. O 2° quarto era virado para a rua, o barulho dos onibus de excursão incomodou bastante. Limpeza dos quartos ok. A higiene da área de alimentação é péssima, o hotel passa por reformas e o cheiro forte das obras torna a experiência do café da manhã, ruim. A comida é fraca, pouca variedade e qualidade dos alimentos no máximo razoável. A localizacão é ótima, logo na saída principal da cidade mas o estacionamento é externo, tem de atravessar uma rua para chegar. O parque aquático é até bom para o nível do lugar e o hotel ainda oferece cortesia para o Lagoa Parque e desconto para ingressos do Hot Park.

Piscinas limpas, quarto confortável, ótimo atendimento, serviço de bar excelente. No geral minha estadia foi muito boa, a muito tempo que frequento a cidade para lazer e não imaginava que teria uma experiência assim na cidade. Indico sempre!

O quarto era muito limpo. Gostei do tamanho do quarto, pois era bem amplo e arejado, me acomodei bem. A mobília bem conservada, TV tela plana, com canal de opção kids. lanchonete muito boa, com muitas opções de pratos e preço bom. Gostei muito.
