Hotel e parque lagoa quente super lotado, tem uma boa estrutura, mas num período de férias é horrível. Fila pra tudo, piscinas sujas . Venha em baixa temporada, talvez seja bom

Hotel peca no básico. A limpeza no quarto, faltou papel higiênico, bateria do cofre descarregada. Baratas no banheiro. Um show de horrores.
Bar do hotel, o atendente com cara de poucos amigos, demoraram 2 horas e 10 minutos para uma pizza, que por sinal foi a pior que comi na minha vida, era de calabresa e contados 18 pedaçosde calabresa. Batata frita com oleo sujo. Nunca mais me hospedo ali

Excelente hospedagem! Só trocariamos o fogão. A casa é muito aconchegante, com quartos espaços. Os banheiros são ótimos. As piscinas possuem agua quentinha, possuem sauna, hidromassagem, sala de jogos, academia. Iremos voltar mais vezes!

Ar condicionado do primeiro quarto sem gelar e aranhas no quarto.

Condomínio excelente, mas deixado de lado, pelo proprietário. Bar molhado faltando produtos, no cardápio tem batata com mussarela, mas entregam com um cheddar horrível e cliente nãopode pedir a troca. Funcionário cumprindo ordem. Sauna desregulada, sala de jogos quebrada piso e mobiliário. Piscina suja, bordas até verde. Roupa de cama rasgada. Quanto ao clube, dão mais atenção a praia do que a área antiga. Não tem mais recreação como antigamente
