Hotel without great "pretensions" but the fundamental things are not lacking: cleanliness, tranquility, courtesy and proximity to the airport. The furniture is really minimal but it's ok anyway.

Given that I have been frequenting Bologna very often for many years and have never had these experiences... I last stayed in this 3-star facility which, judging from the photos on the site, I expected better. Unfortunately, for a large price paid, we were assigned a small and not very comfortable room (a double room with an additional bed), dated furniture, a very small bathroom with a bathtub that was not very practical for taking a shower (at risk of "slips") , very uncomfortable bed and pillows, window without curtain to constantly keep with the shutter closed, empty minibar, very small TV screen (maybe 17") ... need I say anything else? A real disappoin**ent!!!

Simple room furnishings with the necessary, very helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. Too bad the curtain was detached in a corner. Excellent location for proximity to the airport and the arena. Comfortable bed. Self-service machines in common areas for snacks, water and coffee. I didn't use breakfast as I left too early. It's a shame that the elevators haven't been modernized. The look of the reception could be more welcoming with warmer colors and some plants

It is the first time that I have found the room assigned to me with the door completely wide open upon my arrival. Total lack of safety, cleanliness and service. Broken bathroom drain, blocked bidet. Completely empty minibar. Non-soundproof rooms with alarms at all hours from adjacent rooms. Indecent breakfast. Only positive element, friendly receptionist. What else? Totally inappropriate for the price.
