Many well-located hotels were fully booked during the Verona Opera Festival, so I booked here temporarily. The location is a bit remote, a five- to six-minute walk from the bus station. The bathroom is very clean and the breakfast is rich.

Wonderful stay. Very clean, friendly and polite staff, perfect breakfast. Very easy to access to the train station and city centre. Will definitely come again if back to Verona. Would be better to add a kettle to the room

Well-located just outside the medieval town walls it's offering top-quality service, extremely well-furnished and decorated rooms, convenient beds, an extraordinary breakfast buffet and very friendly and helpful employees making your stay highly enjoyable! This is just a review to say thank you so so much to the lovely man who was on reception duty on the night of the Mon 11th. We had an awful experiance with the buses, and he helped us get home, and called us a taxi. So incredibly grateful, and he didn’t even think twice. We didn’t even stay here, but if the staff if like this man - I can only sing this hotels praises. So sorry we didn’t get his name and had no cash tip, to show out appreciation - but just wanted to acknowledge his kindness. Thank you again:)

We had booked four operas in four nights at the arena in Verona, and this hotel was ideally located, as it was only about five minutes walk, along a marbled street of high class shops to the piazza. The room was very good, the breakfast excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, and the public rooms very attractive. It is only a few minutes walk from such attractions as Juliet's balcony, and from a large number of restaurants. We would certainly stay there again if we go back to Verona

We have just returned from our stay and unlike others found the rooms very quiet and we were never disturbed by noise on the forth floor. The rooms were spacious and perfectly clean and equipped with what you would expect. More travel lodge than luxury but perfectly adequate for a city stay. Everything worked, staff were friendly and bus stops minutes away. Buses to the station (11) are easily accessed (from around the corner almost opposite Lidl) from where you can catch the 199 to the airport. The 164 to Lake Garda can be caught from a stop under five minutes walk away as can the 32 or 33 into the city centre. All day travel cards are €11 and cover the entire network. Individually the airport bus is €7 (single), travel to the city €1 (single) and to the lake (return) €6. All buses can be tracked on google and the app download from codes at the stops makes buying tickets easy and you then activate them via codes once you board. You can easily walk into town via several routes which takes about 20 minutes but after a few trips in the hot sun the bus was welcoming. Breakfast was international buffet style and fresh and well topped up no matter what time you visit.

Excellent location to reach the center, possibility of restaurants nearby. Very clean room with very comfortable bathroom. Excellent cleanliness and care, helpful and courteous staff. Varied breakfast, the only flaw is the limited choice for lactose intolerants, there are some choices for celiacs, but it would have been nice to be able to find some croissants (even packaged ones) without lactose. Possibility of having a cappuccino with soy ”milk”.
