Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday!
The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused.
We will definitely be back here.
WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

Hi.i stayed at your hotel May 9th for one week and and had a great holiday. The room was lovely and cleaned every day. The staff were very nice and helpful.i would like to give a special mention to Patricia,Sylvia,and Romana who worked behind the bar and Ramon,and Mihail in the dining room they are a credit to your hotel. Also the animation team who were excellent.I would definitely stay there again.Thank you. Please let the staff know I put this on. Melvyn Buckley

Good holiday so far, Yune has been great with the kids at the kids club the wee ones actors to go each day . Overall the facilities are good . The buffet could be doing with a children’s section as there is little choice for the wee ones. Apart from that good so far

Hotel posizione strategica a parer nostro. Distante dall aereoporto 5 minuti, posizione centrale in modo da poter spostarsi sull isola sia a nord che a sud , personale gentile e super disponibile. Sono rimasta sorpresa dalla massima pulizia, ovunque, dalle stanze al ristorante alla piscina e giardino.. super curati . Dispone di un piccolo garage per parcheggiare le auto o si può parcheggiare lungo la strada. Per chi ama fare sport l albergo e’ lungo mare dove si trova un percorso bellissimo dove andare in bici o passeggiare semplicemente. Super consigliato

Spent a fantastic week in early May, it’s a really good 3 Star Hotel, possibly only 3 because there is no Air Con in the rooms, it’s a perfect position only 10 minute taxi ride from airport 16 Euros, loads of taxis waiting, the reception was good they let us check in early… the room was well equipped and spacious, great bathroom and nice balcony… 2 nice sized pools with hundreds of sun beds a plenty… The food was really good everyday a different theme to the buffet and plenty of hot and cold choices.. the Restaurant and bar staff were excellent really attentive and helpful… can’t say the same for the grounds staff, Buenos Dias seemed to hard to get out of them… They provide a kids club and entertainment through out the day and every night, quite good too… The drinks were fine plenty of choice available all day I would definitely come back not in the height of the summer due to no air conditioning, didn’t bother us in early May as the days were hot and the evenings were pleasant and cool… Great position good Food, loved it …

Lovely hotel,rooms basic and could probably do with bring Updated but nice and clean and a powerful shower,food standard A/I table service for drinks except breakfast,shops on site are very reasonably priced. 2 pools to choose from both nice. Harbour and beach 15/20 min walk. I would stay again.

This was our 7th visit because we love the place. I almost don't want to recommend it in case it gets too busy. The staff are the star quality of this hotel, they are all so welcoming and helpful, they feel like old friends. The location is great, the food offers something for everyone. Roberto and his entertainment team create a good a**osphere. Jose makes the best Sangria. As soon as we leave, we count down to when we can go back.

Returning visitors to this hotel and have been for many years. The food is plentiful and varied, the staff are amazing. A big shout out to Jose, Mercedes, Katy and Elizabeth. The staff are a credit to this hotel. We tried the Elba Sara a while back and were so desperate to come back to the San Jorge as we love it. I'm just sorry we missed Emma when she retired as she was an amazing member of staff.
