Tolle Hotelanlage. Freundliches Personal. Obwohl es erst kürzlich renoviert wurde sieht man, dass das Hotel stark nachgefragt ist.
Unterschiede zwischen All Inklusive und all Inklusiv Plus sind etwas störend.
Strand top, Pools top. Trinks top. Essen ist abwechslungsreich. Beim Abendessen manchmal kurze Wartezeiten. Aber alles im Rahmen.

Rooms and public areas are all very clean. Staff are friendly which can really make a difference when on holiday. Plenty of sunbeds. Food is fantastic and we were pleased with the all inclusive drinks offering. I emailed the hotel in advance to check the dining room dress code for men as I'd seen different reviews and received clear guidance. Hotel is in a flat beachfront area which is ideal for any family members who don't like hilly areas. The hotel gardens are very well kept and provide a beautiful surround. Colleagues who stood out this holiday: Luis in the restaurant (as always), Owen and Santiago at the bar - always busy but do their utmost to provide the best possible service with a smile.

Our stay at Barceló was amazing. The hotel is stunning and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made sure to make our stay as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel the location is also very good.

Hotels is beautiful hotel the staff and the entertainment staff couldn’t do enough for you. The location is amazing. 🤩I was just disappointed with a view from my balcony as I looked onto the children’s play area.😩

Excellent stay Stayed here for a week in May. Colleagues were all helpful and friendly with a special mention to Owen, Santiago in the bar and Luis in the restaurant who always went above and beyond to remember you and help. Food was excellent and varied. The AI drinks offering was excellent, I would never expect to go AI and be able to choose from all brands. Some cocktails aren't included on AI but I'd say this is a good thing because everyone ordering cocktails leads to long lengthy queues at bars. We did order some cocktails and paid for them and they were exceptional. The communal areas and rooms are all very clean. Rooms are spacious. Location of the hotel is ideal, beautiful beachfront location with well kept gardens. Sunbeds always available. Will return

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel : chambre spacieuse, literie parfaite, situation idéale. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par Naima du Club Eldorador dès notre arrivée : présentation et visite de l'hôtel, invitation à des moments conviviaux avec toute l'équipe très avenante. Son dynamisme et sa sympathie sont un réel plus. Seul bémol, le bruit le soir et la nuit dans les couloirs et les bars environnants mais cela n'a gâché en rien notre séjour.

Superbe voyage en famille, accès au bord de mer direct par une porte de l hôtel . la vue est magnifique. proche de tout que ce soit boîte de nuit, pharmacie, magasins etc … pour partir en famille c’est le lieu idéal après avoir fait le tour de l île et comparer les autres hôtels

We've stayed here twice this year, March and May. The hotel is superb, clean, very well laid out and is perfectly located in the resort. The food is great, plenty of choices whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff make this place, it's a happy ship. 10/10

Struttura bella, ma poca attenzione a indicazione allergeni al buffet (sono stata male per mancanza indicazione ingrediente a cui sono intollerante). Cibo comunque buono e sempre rifornito. Servizi ok, ma personalmente li ho dovuto capire da sola perché non illustrati al ceck in. Avrei gradito più attenzione e anche maggiore pulizia della Camera
