".This is a beautiful hotel , lovely friendly staff. Pool area is spotless as are all public areas. Great rooms with very comfortable beds, big bathroom, bath, walk in shower and two basins. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Lunch time food is excellent. However the main course in the evenings leaves a lot to be desired, chicken which I had twice was dry and tasteless, the pasta in the lasagne was still raw! Lamb confit was chunks of mutton ,very fatty served with a side of shredded lettuce ! Not what I expect from a five star hotel. Wi-fi in the bedrooms was almost non existent . I feel bad at giving such negative feedback as the staff and the hotel are so lovely. One other point, I had two massages while there and I have to say they were the best I e ever had anywhere . This place could be perfect if these issues were addressed.

It has been a few years (at least pre-covid) since our last visit to Elba Palace. It was like pulling on a comfy pair of slippers and I mean this in a really nice way. So many of the wonderful staff are still there, the place has changed very little. The standards are kept very high at this hotel, although some signs of age are showing in the room décor and furniture. This place is for you, if you want a relaxing break away from it all. You can use the free frequent shuttle bus to get into Caleta or stretch your legs on a 30 minute walk. The breakfast and dinner restaurants are good, with healthy dishes. Staff in both are very hard working and professional. Pool area is lovely and well maintained, nice day beds and sun loungers - never a problem getting a bed at any time of the day. Not golfers, but the course looks immaculate. Shout outs; Valeria on reception & the lifeguard on the pool are both a credit to the hotel. nothing was too much trouble for them and they are both star players, "Elba the cat" - god bless him, he is still there over ten years since we first met him. Still greets you with a chirp and a head rub! Viva Elba!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce superbe hôtel ayant un cachet un peu rétro, mais avec tout le confort moderne, ce qui en fait tout le charme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, au calme, avec climatisation, télé, coffre fort et mini bar. Des rideaux très occultants permettent de passer de bonnes nuits dans une literie de qualité. Un service de bus gratuit permet de se rendre au centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, pour le soir la formule entrée et dessert en buffet, et le plat à choisir dans une carte, permet de se faire vraiment plaisir. Le personnel attentionné vous propose en plus deux plats qui changent tous les soirs et répond à vos demandes spécifiques. Il y a toujours quelqu'un qui comprend le français. La piscine est dans un beau cadre de verdure et abritée du vent.

Una vez más, y ya son 14, disfrutando de la paz y tranquilidad del hotel. Como siempre, contentos con todo, bufe del desayuno, cena, piscina, habitaciones, ... pero lo mejor, y HAY QUE DESTACARLO, la calidad, amabilidad, ... de todo el personal del hotel, del primero al último. Por fin nos hemos reencontrado con Pilar después de varios meses echándola de menos. Como dice la canción, es el "ALMA, CORAZON Y VIDA", del hotel. Sin ella no es lo mismo. Ha vuelto con su vitalidad acostumbrada. No nos olvidamos de Aneta -la primera persona que ves a la mañana en recepción y que te alegra el día- ni de Miguel, el Director, siempre atentos. no nombro más porque se me acabaría la hoja, pero un saludo para todos. Comentar como en otras ocasiones que se nota que el hotel tiene unos años y necesita un "lavado de cara".

The most tranquil hotel. Lovely location. Management (Miguel Rincón)and Staff absolutely accommodating. Rooms are beautiful. Dinning areas are with perfection. Library area is perfect place to relax. Golf course immaculate. Exquisite.

Stayed here on a recommendation and to be fair golf hotel pool breakfast was excellent. The only part of this that was a let down was the main meals in the evening. I did speak to the manger and voice my concerns and told her no way will I eat in the evening again. On checking out she said I waited for you last night at the restaurant why would you I said told you I wouldn’t eat there again it’s awful. Nothing done at all about this. So next time I would go bed and breakfast.

Es war ein unglaublich schöner Golfurlaub, in einem bestens schon fast familiär geführten Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Service sehr freundlich und Gästeorientiert. Nicht zu vergessen das umfangreiche Vorspeisen- und Nachspeisenbuffet. Gegessen wurde dazwischen a la Carte mit 2 zusätzlichen Tagesgerichten. Wir waren im letzten Jahr das erste Mal im Elba Palace und wussten bereits bei unserer Abreise, das wir in diesem Jahr wieder dort sein werden und auch nicht das letzte Mal dort waren.
