Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce superbe hôtel ayant un cachet un peu rétro, mais avec tout le confort moderne, ce qui en fait tout le charme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, au calme, avec climatisation, télé, coffre fort et mini bar. Des rideaux très occultants permettent de passer de bonnes nuits dans une literie de qualité. Un service de bus gratuit permet de se rendre au centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, pour le soir la formule entrée et dessert en buffet, et le plat à choisir dans une carte, permet de se faire vraiment plaisir. Le personnel attentionné vous propose en plus deux plats qui changent tous les soirs et répond à vos demandes spécifiques. Il y a toujours quelqu'un qui comprend le français. La piscine est dans un beau cadre de verdure et abritée du vent.

El mejor hotel de Fuerteventura sin ninguna duda.Desayunos memorables, cenas personalizadas y con música en vivo, piscina agradable, y el personal del hotel maravilloso, se preocupa por ti en todo momento.Ya he estado en varias ocasiones y nunca defrauda.

Una vez más, y ya son 14, disfrutando de la paz y tranquilidad del hotel. Como siempre, contentos con todo, bufe del desayuno, cena, piscina, habitaciones, ... pero lo mejor, y HAY QUE DESTACARLO, la calidad, amabilidad, ... de todo el personal del hotel, del primero al último. Por fin nos hemos reencontrado con Pilar después de varios meses echándola de menos. Como dice la canción, es el "ALMA, CORAZON Y VIDA", del hotel. Sin ella no es lo mismo. Ha vuelto con su vitalidad acostumbrada. No nos olvidamos de Aneta -la primera persona que ves a la mañana en recepción y que te alegra el día- ni de Miguel, el Director, siempre atentos. no nombro más porque se me acabaría la hoja, pero un saludo para todos. Comentar como en otras ocasiones que se nota que el hotel tiene unos años y necesita un "lavado de cara".

The most tranquil hotel. Lovely location. Management (Miguel Rincón)and Staff absolutely accommodating. Rooms are beautiful. Dinning areas are with perfection. Library area is perfect place to relax. Golf course immaculate. Exquisite.

Stayed here on a recommendation and to be fair golf hotel pool breakfast was excellent. The only part of this that was a let down was the main meals in the evening. I did speak to the manger and voice my concerns and told her no way will I eat in the evening again. On checking out she said I waited for you last night at the restaurant why would you I said told you I wouldn’t eat there again it’s awful. Nothing done at all about this. So next time I would go bed and breakfast.

Es war ein unglaublich schöner Golfurlaub, in einem bestens schon fast familiär geführten Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Service sehr freundlich und Gästeorientiert. Nicht zu vergessen das umfangreiche Vorspeisen- und Nachspeisenbuffet. Gegessen wurde dazwischen a la Carte mit 2 zusätzlichen Tagesgerichten. Wir waren im letzten Jahr das erste Mal im Elba Palace und wussten bereits bei unserer Abreise, das wir in diesem Jahr wieder dort sein werden und auch nicht das letzte Mal dort waren. What a lovely hotel, made so by the fantastic staff, who all worked so had to make my holiday one of the best I have had. Jose Luis and Yareli in the bar were so friendly, plus they gave free Spanish lessons whilst I had a beer ( bonus ). Valeria on reception was so helpful and just a delight to chat to and last but least Jose and Andrea waiters, were extra polite but really fun to have in the dining area. All in all, a top hotel with fantastic food, lovely surroundings but made by the stall who were truly wonderful. Thanks for a great holiday.

What a fantastic hotel if you play golf. Leave the pro shop in the hotel straight on to the golf range and practice facilities. The course is first class as is the hotel itself. Staff were brilliant and the quality of the food second to none. Highly recommended.

Hotel precioso y elegante. El campo rspectacular y el clkma maravilloso. Nos la pasamos genial. Fuerteventura es hermosa Fuimos a la terraza y fue espectacular sobre todo la atención de José el joven de los ojos azules del bar. Atención inmejorable.
