Hôtel qui peut sembler immense mais où tout est assez facile d'accès. Proximité d'une zone commerciale. Très propre et restauration au top. Hébergement en bungalows SUPER ! Rarement eu autant d'espace et de confort. Point négatif : transats payants à la plage

This is very good value for money - it is very modern, decorated beautifully and is very clean.But don’t go here if you want to venture out and drink in other bars and restaurants or walk round markets etc as the area around this large hotel is quiet. We stayed very much at the hotel and immediate surroundings, it is right on a beautiful beach where there are water sports - drinks and food was great - plenty of choice and good quality. We will definitely stay in another Barcelo hotel again.

Great location, be prepared to walk around the resort. I didn't realise before travelling that the facilities were between the two hotels

Check in was quick mainly because staff don’t tell you anything just to download an app. The reception staff are rude. The room was adequate, nice decor. Good facilities but could do with some maintenance eg. Patio door handles hanging off. Cleaning is ok but the floors were never cleaned and the bedding was only changed the day before we left. The pool area is nice although could do with a clean, tables are sticky etc. Pool is really cold. The entertainment staff round the pool are really friendly and will not push into joining in activities. The toilets near the pool are disgusting, doors don’t lock, rusty and filthy. One day we had to wait whilst one of the staff members had a smoke in the toilet. The restaurant was a nice area but the staff are awful, so unhelpful and rude. Took my plate away without asking if I’d finished when I put my fork down to take a drink. Ate out nearly every night due to this. DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. There was a powercut whilst we were there and there was no communication about this, people were just being told it will be back on in an hour but this went on all day. We saw the guest relations manager arguing with another guest, didn’t think this was an appropriate because it was in the main reception area. Area is lovely would come back but definitely not to this hotel.

En recepción se nos animó a ir a comer a un restaurante del complejo que luego resultó que no estaba incluido en la media pensión. El gerente del hotel dijo que tomarían medidas y sugirió que se nos haría un descuento por las molestias en la factura de la comida, cargada a la habitación. En el check-out pudimos comprobar que no se realizó tal descuento prometido.

Barceló en este tipo de complejos es una elección super segura, por ubicación, calidad en los servicios y atención de todo el personal, nosotros realizamos desayuno y cenas en el restaurante EL ANCLA, al segundo día era como estar en casa, destacar la amabilidad y buen hacer de MARCOS todo un profesional lo mismo en la zona del bar LA GOLETA con teresa y Javier. Solo un problema, el tramo pasillo de madera desde pabellones 3000 hasta el Puerto Castillo, estaba en un estado lamentable no se si es cosa del hotel o del ayuntamiento al ser zona común de paso, no estaría de más que los hoteleros de la zona le exigieran al ayuntamiento un control sobre los patinetes, parece un circuito de fórmula 1 el paseo marítimo.
