I am here just now and all I can say is what an amazing villa. Villa is huge, fridge is new and keeps everything cold. Garden furniture all looks new and not the white plastic ones in the pictures. Cleaners came after 3 days, we were all in bed therefore they just took away rubbish and left clean towels. Loving we can have a long lie and not have to fight over sun beds in the morning. Guy been to clean the pool again after 3 days, the pool is heated and is so warm. WiFi works well, never need to use air con as it’s not needed just now. always hot water and there was six adults showering, beds also comfy. Bars and supermarket within a few mins walk, come out the villa turn left, come to the end of the road, cross over and follow the road, you will find a supermarket, restaurants and a few bars there, we ate a few times in the elite bar and the Chinese rest both really nice. To get to the main resort, when you get to the top of the road that these bars are on rather than taking a left towards them take a right and follow the road down, you will see an underpass, go under that and straight down, that’s the start of all the main bars, ten - fifteen min walk. I will definitely book to come back.

Take no notice of the reviews from 2016 clearly this villa has been modernised !!! This is a wonderful modern villa. The villa has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Well equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. The villa is fresh and has new patio furniture. Its a little out of town and very quiet. Small shopping centre within a 5 minute walk and a ten minute walk into the main town.

It is a pity that such a large and spacious house is so neglected in cleaning it is true that I can thank that my puppies enjoyed the accommodation because it is a very quiet and large area for pets to enjoy too .... but for example From my point of view, the kitchen lacks material to make use of it. The fridge hardly freezes well and the towels and sheets were not clean the first day we stayed... the worst of all was at night, the kitchen is full. of large cockroaches that come out of the washing machine that is in this same one... for me it was a terrible stay since I am terrified of cockroaches and I slept with the kitchen and the room closed...😓

We stayed at villa 11 last September so booked it again for February 22 with our grandchildren. When we arrived at the villa it had not been cleaned.We arrived at 4pm expecting to check in but couldn’t get in until 7pm…… we waited in the garden while it was cleaned. Once we were in and settled, we had a good time. Some areas of the villa are a little tired, wifi was also poor. The pool was heated which was great for the children, they loved it! We don’t think we will return again following our experience this time.
