After all, the entire hotel is a world brand. The overall price/performance ratio! The location is unique, and it was touching to pick up guests at the airport late at night! The driver was enthusiastic and responsible. However, the service at the front desk was stiff and rigid! Lack of basic manners! A very simple matter was delayed for 35 minutes before I could get my room card to check in! It was already 2:30 in the night, and we were so exhausted that we found out about it the next morning with another lovely female colleague at the front desk; it was just to collect the deposit of 25 Canadian dollars (but without showing a receipt or explanation)... so that we stayed. Made a bad impression

Really great ambiance, big rooms, friendly staff, lots of snacks to buy available and great restaurant/lounge. Not close to shopping/other restaurants but highly recommend. It was a great experience.

This is a clean , quiet , modern Hotel for a good price, near airport with shuttle. Just stayed for the night before flight.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, which was especially appreciated when we arrived at 9:30pm after our flight was cancelled for a second time. Lorena at the Front Desk was very helpful in extending our stay for a second night. The room was very clean and tidy, and exceptionally soundproof considering that our room backed onto the elevator shaft and we could not hear anything from outside the room. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.
