酒店開業於1913年距今已有110年的傳奇酒店，伊麗莎白女王普下榻的同款酒店。前台做了房型升級給了頂樓客房。房間可使用空間大，衞生間面積大，備品是LeLabo，健身房和泳池在酒店的B1層，泳池面積不大，但泡池温度很舒服這家酒店給我印象最深的是一樓的 Hawthorn Lounge,酒店早餐採取全單點的形式，有專人服務，用餐結束送了酒店的明信片酒店位置十分便利，距離 Calgary Tower和Wonderland Sculpture僅一步之遙；客房服務速度快。

這家Fairmount是住過的豪華型酒店中最差的一家，沒有之一。首先是傲嬌的前台服務員，沒有公主命卻有公主病，我預訂是雙床房，她給我一間Single Queen Bed房，我請她們換房間，她們一開始十分強硬，對我説我是第三方平台預訂的房間，意味着並不能保證我訂什麼房間就給我什麼房間，居然有這樣的操作。最後理論之下，不情願給我了一間雙人床房（這是我本來在平台預訂的床型）。其次，酒店確實老了。酒店的設施從電梯開始都老舊了，很多上下的客人都詬病那個沒有辦法反應正常的電梯按鈕。酒店的wifi超級不方便，必須要註冊他家的會員填寫會員號才可以上網，並且無論如何都會提示收費，與前台員工溝通，十分不耐煩，不知道是對客人不友好，還是對亞洲客人不友好。還有客房浴缸已經生銹了，馬桶邊緣也不乾淨不能細細描述。電視是最老式的，沒有智能電視，跟同等價位的別家沒法比。最後，雖然酒店坐落在卡爾加里塔邊上，酒店自己的停車並不方便而且很貴，也是借用卡爾加里塔的停車位，衹是有人幫你去旁邊卡爾加里塔三樓去停，而自己開過去停價格不到他們收費的一半。晚上出門這個位置並不安全，周圍有很多流浪漢，我們最後衹好叫外賣到酒店大堂。Fairmount一直是我們很嚮往的酒店之一，有很悠久的歷史，令人懷舊，但這家實在不敢恭維。不推薦，不會自住。

酒店設施比陳舊，旁邊就是火車，晚上也是有噪音。除了位置好，其他的優點並不明顯。

服務酒店都不錯 但是行政酒廊的水果都快變成乾果了 脆皮水果 第一次見 而且酒水也是額外收費的

Overall, this hotel is no doubt clean & beautiful inside. I only gave it 3 stars as it's an expensive hotel to stay at and I stayed here for 6 days but to have a Wi-Fi connection is an extra charge which I find ridiculous.

Fantastic service in the Gold Lounge! The hotel offers some of the most refined and perfected hospitality services in the industry. The staff are extremely loyal (staff serving us were celebrating their 20 year service anniversary with Fairmont) and committed.

The hotel is very well located in the Downtown area with very good amenities. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. You feel like in the old Castle. We are very happy with our recent stay! Everything around is in the walking distance.
