Amenida Residences Calgary

I booked for three bedrooms; one have no TV and no fridge, the other one have no coffee. Not enough bathroom towel for everyone. The floor is filthy. The pool has no air circulation. We can see the water condensate on the ceiling. First time and last time.

This is the 2nd time I booked this hotel residence the first time March last year without a online booking then I booked through tthrough this year January 30 to February 3rd , I booked this hotel because it's been good service the first time I booked here and I had both times had good service. The hotel is a good location as it has bus service to downtown and southcentre that stops at chinook #10 & 15 + the Red line to somerset and Tuscany with easy transfer to the other lrt line blue line to saaddletown and 69st west end. I only used my hotel to relax and sleep other then that I was exploring and visiting family and friends. The front desk and cleaning staff was amazing 👏. The next time I vacation to Calgary expect a booking from this guy for a 3rd time.

Service was not good and staff was rude initially when asked to change the room as AC was not working , wifi was not working. But after Trip.com intervened, my room was changed next day.

I had to check out within 10 mins from being there. I can list a few main reasons: 1. It’s located in a very ghetto area. There were lots of homeless and shady people hanging around. I didn’t feel safe leaving my car in any of the parking spots 2. The room was hot! I couldn’t make it any colder or comfortable. 3. The floors are carpeted and it is not very clean. It smells dusty and just gross. 4. There was only one receptionist and it was busy when I checked in. I just left the scan card and left right away, as I was with my 5-year d daughter.

Very very comfy beds and pillows. Lots of outlets to charge devices in the room. Room also has a microwave, but no fridge. The hotel is in a very convenient location. However, do be careful that there are homeless people hanging out in the parking lot at the back. We stayed on the 1st floor, right beside the parking lot. So it was also really loud at night when people are returning to the hotel late at night. I would stay again at this hotel if I can get a room not on the parking lot side.

I stayed at Amenida Residency Hotel for two days and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities for comfortable stay. The bedding and linens were fresh and well maintained, which added to the overall comfort. The location is another major advantage, just 6 minutes from downtown, with a metro station conveniently located right behind the building, making travel around the city effortless. Overall, it offers great value, comfort, and convenience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Was given a room that was missing a TV and had a broken nightstand. The door was jammed as well. Was given a new room but that left a bad first impression. In the new room, AC was not functional but didn't want to move my family again

Extremely helpful staff,very good service, location is easily reachable by LRT, rooms are big and clean and has everything needed including microwave, coffee maker and fridge.
