Great place with a convenient location and a quiet environment. Awesome breakfast and friendly staff. Free parking and many more amenities such as sauna swimming pool and many more.

The hotel is friendly to families, with complete facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. This hotel shares a gym, swimming pool, and self-service laundry with another Marriott hotel nearby, which is also very convenient. The sofa bed is not very big, but it is no problem to sleep two children, but be careful about the edges of the sofa bed. I booked a corner room at the far end, which is larger but a bit far from the elevator. It's still OK for a one-night layover at Calgary Airport before going to Banff, but it's a bit old.

Here’s the thing. It was a very nice place to stay. But then something got messed up and long story short there was a mess up with my bonvoy account and wasn’t rewarded with proper number of reward nights for loyalty lifetime status. Not a big deal right, should be easy to fix, right? I don’t know why it’s so hard to get people to actually look past page 3 of the employee handbook and come up with a solution on their own. This didn’t need to be so hard and so darn frustrating. Seriously I’m writing a poor review on TripAdvisor as my only way to show my dissatisfaction with such an easy thing to fix. It was a nice place and comfortable and food was good. But what I just experienced just has me shaking my head. It reminds me of dealing with someone from the federal government. Needless to say I will be taking my business across the street next time. It didn’t need to be like this. I hope you’re reading this.

I had made reservations for 4 people. They did not have the pull out bed made and when I asked why they told me that I am supposed to make it myself. I informed them that this was never ever required in any other hotels that I had stayed in. The recepetionist told me they would get it done but it never happened. Enough blankets or amenities were not provided for 4 people.
