Nuvo Hotel Suites for Residence

Pros - Great location, close to a lot of restaurants, next to a Safeway, can easily walk to many places in 20 mins - Good customer service, front desk staff were very attentive and kind. There was a minor leak in the ceiling vent and they had it fixed right away while I was out. - Includes a free simple breakfast (mini water bottles, soup in a cup, granola bars, yogurt, fruits, scones) - Comfy Bed - Full kitchen - didn't need it but might be useful for others Cons - Room could use a little more cleaning, noticed some areas were dusty - Not a con for me but could be for others - there are no elevators but I'm sure staff could help you out Tips 1) there are some strict rules that were clearly placed on the table for you to see. Make sure you read it, its not hard to follow but good to be aware of. (example if you make a stain on the bed you could get charged) 2) When checking out - front desk staff asked for my room number and that was it. Didn't confirm my name. Make sure to just double checking that they checked out the correct room and confirm your name. I didn't have any issues as my deposit was returned but in that moment it felt "too easy" to check out. What if they misunderstood the room I was checking out for and charged me for staying after check out time? Could happen but luckily it didn't. Overall would stay here again.

At a first glance we thought this would be a great little place to stay. Turns out It was disgusting, under the bed was big dust bunnies, garbage and someone's old hat, the water was so cloudy you definitely would not want to drink it, the toilet did not flush and the shower would not get hot. There was also some very questionable people in and out of the building as well as around it.
