This place was HORRIBLE! Everything was out of order.. pool.. hot tub.. pop machine.. the ice machine every single thing! Had to move rooms as the first room didn’t have one of those door swing bar lock only a handle lock which unlocked as soon as you put the handle down so my 2 year old keep escaping from the room. The “breakfast” is a bag breakfast which consists of a juice box, yogurt, granola bar. The pictures do NOT represent this place. Wanted a refund so we could go somewhere else and the said no

Front desk people were helpful. My room wasn't cleaned up after 1st night (garbagewasn'tevendumped, bed not made). The ice machine didn't work, the pool wasn't full, the establishment doesn't have an address on the outside (or even in the window so someone searching doesn't have to drive by 4 times before stopping & asking if they are what you are looking for). My coffee wasn't replaced for my 2nd morning. If I hadn't brought extra charge cords, I wouldn't have been able to charge my electronic equipment (no USB ports).

This hotel is disgusting and how it isn’t shut down surprises me. The room was gross the tub was dirty and all you get is 2 towels but we choose not to use the shower. Says that they have breakfast well that is a complete joke. We chose this hotel as it is close to the hospital as my husband is palliative care with Cancer. Also the room was so hot that you couldn’t sleep we didn’t even get under the sheets. Will never stay there again.

Terrible place for young children, holes in walls, broken furniture, broken drawers, soft spot on floor, did not spend the night, did not get my money back. Do not stay there!!!!
