#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of the Bathroom, Staff Attitude, Quantity of Amenities; A very cost-effective hotel. There are McDonald's and Tim Hortons next to it. It is also close to the city by car, about ten minutes

The staff was incredible. very courteous and helpful. They looked after all our needs with a smile. Room was large and comfortable and was cleaned every day. We were on the first flour that still involved climbing 24 stairs with no elevator. Someone came immediately to help us with our luggage. There was a large TV but reception was a inconsistent. Tubi was a bonus. Breakfast was great but was the same every day. They were hosting several refugee families with lots of children and they found areas they could play but not interfere with hotel guests. It was wonderful to hear the children enjoying their time in Canada.

The included breakfast is very basic, if you don’t have high expectations you will be fine. The pillows needs to be replaced as they are very flat and lumpy all bunched up into sections.

There’s no drinking water. When I went to purchase the bottle water, they won’t charge to the room or credit card even they have the machine. They asking for cash. Ridiculous. Stay away

I consider it my calgary home ATM not downtown but close can even walk clean comfortably friendly would like a bar in hotel but plenty close by can't say enough positive

Our stay was OK. Not great, not terrible. We were visiting family and just needed a place to sleep so it served the purpose well. We booked a king size bed and received a phone call about an hour before checking in saying that they had an emergency and we would have to have a room with 2 queen sized beds instead. This was a little off-putting. Why bother booking in advance if it doesn't guarantee what you are paying for? The room itself was clean, hotel was very quiet, room was spacious. Staff were ok - not overly friendly or accommodating, although the person checking us out was kind enough to give us a bit of a discount because of the king bed/queen bed inconvenience. It was OK. Not great, not terrible. Would we stay here again? Probably not. The $200 up front fee for any damages was a shocking surprise for us. Maybe this is standard now with hotels (we don't get out much)? Definitely a turn-off for us.

Room was clean and comfortable. Plug in on counter is a safety issue as when i plugged something into the socket, the socket was not attached to anything and moved into the wall.

We were looking forba hotel near the saddledome and this was close. They have a very good breakfast layout. We were pleased with our stay.

Staff is always pleasant and amazing! Breakfast omelettes are great! Rooms are clean and great smart tvs to entertain you when in room!

In Calgary for hockey. Excellent access to Saddledome. Quiet and clean. Pleasant staff. No pet rooms but wasn’t needed on this trip.

Terrible customer service by the evening staff. Was shamed for the “level” of room booked by the evening employee, Amy. Daytime staff was friendly and accommodating though.
