The facilities are very good, with a swimming pool and gym, and a bar on the first floor. This is the first store that delivers bottled water since we have been driving in the United States and Canada for a week. It shouldn't be far from the airport, and you can see planes taking off and landing nearby. The room is clean and tidy, consistent with Sheraton standards, but the soundproofing is average!

The hotel is about 20 minutes' drive from the airport and has convenient transportation. The best restaurant nearby is the steakhouse. I like it very much.

Frankly speaking, the hotel as a whole is okay, not as superior as the reviews say, it can only be said to be quite satisfactory. The room was small, and the air conditioner was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep with it on. The only satisfaction is that the slides in the swimming pool are very fun, but there are many people. We stayed for two nights in a row, and the sister who cleaned the room didn't even take out the garbage, nor did I refill the consumables, and there were no refills for the two bottles of distilled water, which was really disappointing. I don’t know if the overall quality of the local hotels is relatively mediocre, or an individual incident, but I really can’t understand why the rating is so high, and the quality of hotels in Asia cannot be compared.

The front desk service attitude of the hotel is very considerate. We booked a room type without breakfast because we had to catch a plane the next day. It was very convenient and the room was good. It was good to go to the mountains and stay in Calgary for one night.

Great stay, very clean, front desk staff very efficient and friendly. Hot tub not working. Quite disappointed as we chose this hotel to access the pool and hot tub. Otherwise all good!
