The room is very big, because I booked a larger room with a small balcony. There are restaurants and bars nearby, which is a bit noisy at night. The receptionist is a young man who has just immigrated from Hong Kong. He is very nice and helped us carry our luggage. We took three basins of ice cubes and put them in the ice bucket in our car. The front of the hotel was being paved with cement, and the entrance was very dusty. The appearance looked nothing like the photo. When we drove to the door, I wondered if I had found the wrong hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Kensington. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Very quiet as well. Hotel staff followed up to ensure our visit was to our satisfaction - excellent customer service. Would definitely visit there again.

I have stayed at Hotel Arts Kensington numerous times. Great location near lots of restaurants. Very good continental breakfast. Friendly staff. The price is good.

This hotel has it all, gorgeous rooms, fantastc, walkable location and friendly staff. this boutique hotel is where you want to stay when you’re visiting Calgary. Especially in summer with the rooms with terraces overlooking the river! Love it!!

Beautiful location in Kensington - facing the river. This is a lovely and small boutique hotel that is all at once cozy and inviting while also being modern with an upscale vibe. We loved the simple continental breakfast and the room was so cozy with the fireplace. Best of all, parking is free! Sure beats staying downtown where most places charge $50 a day for valet parking. Also, Kensington is such a great little gem of a neighborhood. Fabulous dining, pubbing and shopping. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Calgary sans kids. Next time, we'll be sure to dine at the restaurant.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Kensington. The staff is wonderful and the amenities lovely. The hotel is surrounded by many lovely restaurants, walking distance to many lovely shops. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay, look no further, stay here.
