The service I received was nothing short of appalling. Due to a system glitch, my booking was made for the incorrect date, and I was unable to cancel or amend it. Despite promptly rebooking through the same platform and at the same hotel, my request for a refund was outright denied. While I understand policies are in place, this level of rigidity felt deeply unfair and, frankly, inhuman. The customer service team was completely unhelpful, offering no meaningful assistance or solutions. Adding insult to injury, the hotel itself had initially indicated they would honor the refund request, only to later backtrack or be overridden by the platform.
This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through this platform. If you must book, I recommend going directly through the hotel’s website, where you may find more flexibility and reliable support. Save yourself the frustration and choose a service provider that values its customers and understands the importance of fairness and empathy.
