There are 2 Hilton hotels in Cali, so make sure you know the address of where to stay, as the two are quite far apart! The breakfast is buffet style and is OK, with fruits, rice, bread, and soup!

出差一直連住，但是這次很失望。
先是第一晚到的時候，給了一間有狐臭的房間，
後來換的房間，廁所門總是關上打不開，空調對着頭吹，浴室抽風機聲音很大。
好在房間大，但是讓人進來打掃了一次，就在箱子的袋子上發現了口香糖，噁心。
所以決定後面不住了。

He tenido que llamar para que reparen la caja fuerte. La presión del agua es muy débil. Pocos amenities. El segundo día tuve que pedir que limpiaran la habitación y la respuesta fue que ‘los fines de semana no está todo el personal de housekeeping y por eso se demoran’ … a las 16.30 me arreglaron la habitación. Tienen un cartel de garantía HILTON, que no se cumple. El servicio de desayunos es una locura, mesas sucias y el fin de semana si no madrugas, debes compartir mesa con otros huéspedes… los camareros más pendientes de charlar de sus cosas, en vez de dar servicio al cliente. Lástima. No recomendable. No es HILTON !
