This hotel is so nice, super clean, staff is very nice, rooms are clean and nice. No noise and there’s plenty of restaurants around the place.

Advertized a jacuzzi. They did not have one. First they said I had to make an appt. Then they said it was broken. In any case. no Jacuzzi.

THE STAFF HAS VERY POOR ENGLISH , AND NIGHT SHIFT NO HAVE ENGLISH AT ALL , RESTAURANT CLOSE BEFORE 7 AND I ASKED TO HELP WITH DELIVERY ORDER FOR DINNER THEY DIDNT HELP AT ALL , MY PHONE DOESNT WORK FOR CALLING IN COLOMBIA AND THEY DIDNT HELP AT ALL , , ROOM HAS TWO SMALL BEDROOMS , NOTHING ON THE FLOOR , NO SOAB IN THE BATHROOM , NO ENOUGH TOWEL , NO TOILET PAPER , NO NABKIN , WAS A VERY BAD HOTEL , ALSO LUNCH WAS VERY LIMITED MENUE , I CAN SAY NO MENUE , IT WAS ONE LUNCH ONLY TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT , AND VERY LITTLE , I WAS ABOUT TO ORDER ONE MORE LUNCH BUT I DECIDED TO GO EARLY FOR DINNER AND WAS BAD SURPRIZED RESTAURANT CLOSE AND TWO LADIES IN THE RECIPTION DIDNT HELP TO ORDER DELIVERY DINNER . WAS VERY BAD HOTEL I'LL NEVER COME HERE ANYMORE
