Very nice front desk lady. Got the jacuzzi room but the tub had a dark ring around it. I paid $100 more for that "up grade" but got grossed out.

My husband and I traveled hours to this hotel ..and they attempted to charge us before we got there. What if we had been in an accident? What if we couldn't make it? It was a reserve now and pay in person reservation...why would our card be charged at ten am but can't check in until three pm? The customer service was poor. Two ice machines broken and they only had three. Lots of poor customer service all for a lovely 300.00...beware

Check in and check out was easy, our room was clean and had a nice layout, the in-room jetted tub worked great, and the staff were helpful when we realized we had no eating utensils after we ordered delivery!
