Bugs, dirty in bathroom

Everything was well presented and thoughtfully designed

Quiet, convenient location . Rooms were clean and updated. Staff were helpful, when needed.

The lobby and elevator were in terrible condition (possible renovation underway?). Room smelled like old fish. Staff was courteous.

i am unable to walk long distances, have balance issues, and need bathroom grab rails. Reserved an accessible room in advance, but upon arrival was told they had none available as they were undergoing renovation! The receptionist on duty (Brittany, I believe) tried her best to help us. My wife looked at 3 rooms. Of the options presented we ended up in a room that was at least halfway through the motel, so a long walk from the entrance. We chose it because it had one-piece tub walls allowing me to use suction cup grab bars which we always have with us when traveling.

The manager was helpful, but we did have a little trouble at check-in and had to change rooms because the refrigerator and microwave were not working. But he was very helpful and we get moved. My only complaint in the room was a rather short, small toilet. I recommend staying here.

Room was okay. Not the cleanest and wasn’t stocked well. Whoever is running the hotel has terrible customer service, just wants people to waste their money. Front desk staff is nice .

We were there because we had an emergency with our septic system. We got there on a Wednesday night around 9. I had my service dog with me as well. We got in the room only had half roll of toilet paper and 2 towels no wash clothes etc. had to ask for all that. We also requested a late check out. later I took our dog out and the young man at the front desk asked us to take her on the side of the building, I did on my way back I walked past the office where the window was and the blinds were up the man from the front desk was sitting at the desk on a lap top watching Indian PORN playing around ( IF YOU GET THE HINT) his back was to the window so he didn't see me but GROSS !!! I went walking fast back to the room and told my hubby. We wanted to leave but didn't have the means to. Next morning we wake up to Ants all over our night stands and desk....WTH. Then housing comes knocking at 10:30ish we asked the lady why and she said check out is 11 we told her we have a late check out, she argued and said we are not on the list. She then stormed off and said I will check with front desk. We ended up having to stay another night due to septic not being done we waited 3 hours for them to come spray for the aunts. We did late check out the following day paid and extra $30 for it at 11:00am housing actually walked in the room not even a knock. Had to continue to ask for extra TP and towels. Not courteous at all!!! A few days after we were home I called Wyndham Corp. to complain and left a message at the hotel. never heard from hotel. Wyndham gave me points back from my second night. I finally got in touch by email with with Sarah the hotel Manager who took 2 weeks to try to help me get my money back and some resolution for the things that happen while there. She offered for me to come back and stay in one of their SUITES ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! DONT STAY HERE TAKE YOU BUISNESS ELSEWHERE!!This guy got not repercussions for his actions and is still working there!! I hope he wasn't the one making breakfast the next morning!!

The place is OK for an unplanned stay. The bed linen and bathroom were spotless. Liked the more than one secured access doors to the building. The front desk representatives were very friendly and professional. The dirty TV remote control, the noisy heater and the dingy elevator were some of the negatives that stucked to my mind.
