Golden Haven Hot Springs

Total relaxation! We left the spa after just an overnight stay and immediately decided we wanted to return but would spend 2 or 3vdays the next visit! The hosts were welcoming and informative. We absolutely loved the room. It was very clean and well-appointed with parking reserved directly in front of its doorway. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and it featured a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and bottles of water and snacks. Our first stop was to soak in the 3 mineral water pools. The pool was a comfortable 86 F, one spa was 98 F, and the other a hot 104 F. We alternated pools for about 1.5 hours while we awaited our massage appointments. We booked a couples massage -I had the deep tissue and my wife the normal full body 45-minute treatments. Both masseuses were exceptional in their knowledge and application of massage. My deep tissue treatment released my tense muscles and tendons. I had been having knee and shoulder cramps, and after the massage, symptoms were relieved. My wife reported her massage was fantastic - totally relaxing. The following morning, we enjoyed breakfast in town and returned to the pools for a couple more hours before departing Calistoga. We definitely will return many more times but will spend a day or two more as we felt totally renewed.

We wanted to do some mudding on our 1st day in the USA. We were heading to Napa, and this location was convenient, and we were able to mud as a couple. Whilst we had booked some weeks in advance, we arrived very early, and were delighted that we could be accommodated then. We thought it was a very good setup, and the experience was very well organised. After having some coffee and completing the forms, everything was explained to us. We had a great time mudding (and our host was on hand to take some pictures). After about 15 minutes in the mud (which was long enough), we showered and went to the jacauzi. After a soak we were then taken to a room to relax (cucumber for the eyes etc). After about 20 minutes we then were able to use the natural spa outside. We really enjoyed the experience, and thought it was very well organised. We also thought it was good value for money, given some of the other options we’d investigated. We’d certainly recommend this for a couples mudding !

This is a wonderful place for maximum relaxation. Very nice grounds to enjoy strolling around, and love the firepits in the evening. A warm, cozy feeling all around and staff so kind and accommodating. We love to visit Calistoga every so often, and it's very convenient to the downtown spots in staying here, yet in a very quiet location off the more beaten path. We weren't able to enjoy any of the spa deals, but we're coming back when we can. Everyone looks so happy and relaxed!

We had a wonderful time. Service was great. We enjoyed the mud bath and massage. We will definitely come back and recommend to our family and friends.

This little cute place was perfect. The mineral pool was lovely and clean and the room was super super comfy. I stayed here before going to the very fancy solage resort for an event and the bedding linens and bed was more comfortable than solage for hundreds more a night. The bed here was straight up heavenly and my room had a cute fireplace for ambiance. I slept with it on and it was total vibes! Clean and kind staff and they upgraded me to a room with a soaking tub. It took forever to fill the big tub but was a very nice plus. 10 outta ten for this very very well traveled gal. Would definitely stay again. This place isn't your fancy pants place but it's not ghetto either. It was a great value for the money and did I mention the bed was amazing? Epic level comfy sheets pillows mattress. Sink in and turn on the fireplace. This would be wonderful for couples.

My daughter and I went to have a "Spa" day for her birthday together. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, personal attention from the employees, the mineral pool which was at perfect temperature and semi indoors, the mud bath routine itself plus cooling off. Our host was informative, respectful, and accommodating (we wanted pictures of us in the mud bath). It was our first time doing a mud bath. Top it off, it is close to downtown Calistoga, so easy to get something light to eat beforehand, and then a meal afterwards. We appreciated that it was small and not crowded at all.

We very much enjoyed our stay. I would recommend a midweek stay. Very comfortable accommodations.
