This was the cheapest hotel that was close to Guadalest and Algar Waterfalls (only 30 and 15 or so minutes respectively). Inside the hotel there is also a bar. The service was outstanding - I arrived at the hotel half an hour after check-in closes by accident but (I presume the owner) Rosa called a colleague at the hotel and allowed me to enter and check-in late. I also used the wrong credit card and she was happy to help me reverse my payment and charge my other credit card (which was the one that had the insurance for the trip). The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was very good.

A beautiful Spanish hotel. Marvellous atmosphere throughout. The welcome from the gentleman on the first day and the advice about where to go was marvellous. The interaction with every member of staff was a delight. The location was brilliant as we could walk to the town in 10 minutes or walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The front rarely gets a mention but it is beautiful. There is not a bar that has silly prices, and we visited a few. Loved it and can’t wait to return.

The pictures perfectly reflect this hotel and are not staged. The rooms are superb, great beds, amazing air con and superb bathroom facilities. Pool areas are well looked after and very safe. The pool bar food and drink is restaurant standard and well priced. The menu at the pool bar is a quality lunch menu and the food is really good. The roof top pool bar opens till Midnight every night, serving some really great quality cocktails and drinks with a chilled laid back atmosphere, hosting a DJ a few nights a week. The breakfast is beautifully presented, extensive and great quality. Benidorm (Levante) is €15 in a taxi, Poniente a little more and Altea is a little less. This is a quiet classy international hotel, with really good professional service. Ideal fir couples and groups who want more than the average Costa Blanca hotel experience but want access to the coastal towns and the Benidorm beaches and nightlife.

I stayed at stand alone house ‘La Casica’ for 5 nights alone (63 year old lady) . From arriving to lovely smiling faces , fantastic welcome with a glass of cava , the house was ready ahead of time. No words can come to mind other than FANTASTIC/BEAUTIFUL/DELIGHTFUL.. water/cava/snacks waiting….. the house is to die for and I spent idyllic days and nights after a stressful time in Benidorm… so much that I got home 03/10/23 and rebooked for 11/2024… thank you lovely ladies for your superb hospitality 10/10
