Hit the jack pot with the White Horse Inn. This bed and breakfast is a gem if you’re looking for a quiet and secluded getaway.
The rooms are comfy, service is very friendly and the food is delicious. Enjoy everything about the White Horse and highly recommended.

We visited yesterday evening for a friends birthday celebration and also stayed overnight. What a lovely friendly place. There were six of us . The food was brilliant. A good choice of food. The meal went well helped by really attentive but not intrusive staff. A drink in the bar afterwards was relaxed, Both the restaurant and bar were comfortable. The accommodation is in a separate block to the rear. Modern and warm and again comfortable. Our room had a lovely view over the countryside. We had an enormous breakfast which was filling. Again a good choice of items. There is a large car park and I noticed an electric car charging point, which is an asset in such rural location. It is obviously a great base for walking as the weather improves. All in all a lovely stay.

The White Horse is quite a find, set in a beautiful quiet village. Our room was very comfortable with high quality oak furniture. The owners and staff were very welcoming. We had the most wonderful dinner and it is clear the chef has great knowledge of ingredients and flavours. It was extremely difficult to choose from the menu of amazing sounding dishes and our meal was an absolute delight. There was good selection of wine and local real ale. Breakfast was equally tasty and we left the White Horse promising ourselves a return visit in the near future. Highly recommend a stay here or just go for a meal, you will not be disappointed.

Amazingly friendly, quiet beautiful inn. Special find, near to Avebury and Silbury. But off the tourist trap. Highly recommended. Will go back one day soon.

The pub was lovely, the Staff were great, Breakfast fantastic.However, the rooms are very tired looking. The shower had very little water pressure, was not adjustable, there is no space to stand because of the shower over bath setup. For the £135, i felt this was poor value for money.
