Typical Mauritian complex hotel very well arranged and charming which offers many activities and well located to shine in the North of Mauritius. Everything is available to ensure that your stay goes perfectly (assistance, activities, visits, taxi, etc.) Several restaurants available on site (buffet restaurant and restaurants highlighting local gastronomy) included in the price for half board and all in. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied and also highlights local cuisine. The staff is attentive and very helpful.
For information, ask to book restaurants to be able to taste the different local cuisines (Indian, Mauritian and Chinese).

Séjour qui a répondu totalement à nos attentes avec un hébergemenet et des commodités très agréables. L'accueil a été formidable. L'humour, la gentillesse, la disponibilité et l'attention de nos interlocuteurs comme Arvind pour le bar de l'hôtel, Anand pour l'entretien de notre herbergement et tous les autres personnels avec lesquels nous avons eu contact, sont à souligner et a plébisciter.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille au sein de l’hôtel Zilwa. Pour commencer, le cadre y est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses et propres. Nous avons également très bien mangé, que ce soit les buffets mais également aux restaurants présents au sein de l’hôtel soit : le Kot Nou, le Manao ainsi que le Takda. Nous remercions d’ailleurs le personnels en cuisine ainsi que les serveurs pour ces agréables moments. Enfin, nous remercions l’équipe d’animation, Kurvin, Fabien, Stan, Sylvano et les autres pour leur accueil, leur sourire et leur sympathie ! Ils proposent des activités pour tous et savent vous mettre dans l’ambiance. Nous n’avons rien à redire, seulement merci, l’ensemble du personnel est très agréable et souriant, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de nos vacances pleinement. Camille et le reste de la famille.

The staff is just rude af. We sat our table minimum 30 minutes and nothing. They didn’t gave a menu, QR code or anything. When we asked the staff they just looked at us and went to a nother table. This is nonsense.

Our stay here startet with a perfect welcoming: the view when you enter the main house is just stunning and the staff went out of their way to make us feel right at perfect holidays. The rooms are larger than you see in the pictures, a bit more rustic, but you can feel very comfortable in them. The complex is great, all the guests are very well distributed, you can always find a nice spot at the beach, the pool, in the restaurants or at the bar. The sports facilities are great, we liked the sessions on the beach best, especially Pilates. Of course, the water activities are also great. The kids' club offers a varied program and our child usually had a great time there. Unfortunately, the supervisors only speak English and French, which makes it very difficult for smaller German children to communicate. The food was great in all the restaurants. We can only recommend a stay here!

having travelled in a few countries, I strongly recommend Zilwa Attitude for the warmth of the personnel, the good food, cleanliness and the good home feeling attitude. Special thanks to Mr Jovany Moutou and Mr lovey who have been excellent and very professional. Great Experience and unforgettable.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement pour une nuit. Nous avons été surclassé à notre grande surprise. L accueil des réceptionnistes a été sympathique et souriant. La chambre vue sur mer était magnifique spacieuse décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le cadre très beau, un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme. Concernant le buffet du matin comme du soir nous l avons trouvé varié et correct. Ayant fait plusieurs séjours à Maurice nous avons constaté une baisse de la qualité du service en restauration de la part du personnel anglophone qui ne sont pas avenants pas souriants envers les clients ce qui dénote fortement avec le personnel mauricien…
