Just good for its price. My concerns are mostly for cleanliness of the hotel esp rooms, there were lil cockroaches, pillows also and the toilet is not so clean

No parking for for wheels. The lobby or entrance smells like smoke and the ambiance is very cheap. Looks like a place for *************************

Stayed here because of board exam. Location-wise, it is good as it is surrounded with malls, drug stores, etc that are very convenient for us. The place is clean, but the service is not quite good. We tried raising the issue on the remote thru call and personal, and the staff kept saying they'll assist us and fix it but until our checkout time, no one really came. We stayed there for 4 days fyi.

I booked VIP room but the room provided was far from my expectation. No remote control for the TV, shower is not working and no slippers available on the room.
I called front desk and took them at least 3 and a half hours to rectify everything of course with 3 follow up calls. absolutely dissatisfied with the service and experience.

The aircon has no consistency working. It will turn into fan mode every 2 hours hence the room is not that cold as how it should be.

I smell cigarettes inside the air-conditioned room and the exhausting fun inside the comfort room is not working.

Dirty, disgusting but most of all horrible , rude and disrespectful service from judgemental, scruffy and inept staff. The room was filthy, no water, no bed sheets or blankets, and just a filthy stained mattress. I walked in and walked out immediately despite losing my full payment but nothing could compensate for staying at this hell hole. The staff repeatedly reminded me that guests were not allowed, particularly minors when I had no intention of anyone else entering the room. The staff has no idea how to check me in, I had pre-booked so they insisted in taking control of my phone and holding it which I took offences to as during Covid I don’t want anyone holding my phone. It was such a disappointment and while I have stayed in poor quality hotels before, never have I had such poor, incompetent and rude service. Avoid this place like the plague.
