Lots of difficulty parking near the apartment city. The only places available were paying on a busy street and the places reserved by lappart city were too expensive

Stayed in the room facing the street, it was hot and noisy, no air conditioner, it was a difficult day, but fortunately changed to room 303 the next day

Stayed here during RWC. Hotel is quite run down. Cheap & cheerful. Staff on reception very friendly & helpful. Bed & pillows very comfortable however only one towel between two people in the bathroom. Room was very clean. Located beside bus line, public transport easily accessible

This hotel was an absolute dump. The picture on your website has rto be at least 10 years old as the room my wife and I stayed in was visibly deteriorated ( faded dirty paint, stained bathroom fixtures etc.) We were part of a group that stayed for one night before heading towards Switzerland so the agony of sleeping in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke from the previous guest, without A/C, apparently a long-standing issue with this hotel (there was a cheap fan in a corner of the room), mercifully lasted for a few unforgetable hours. The hotel is located in an urban setting with loads of street and traffic noise for added torture during a largely sleepless night. Should youy decide to stay at this hotel despite this review, remember, you were warned.

Nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff. From positives: good enough breakfast, good price, friendly staff and close to the congress center. Good price. On the negatives: no air condition in the room (probably long term problem due to extra heaters and fans in the room. But in lobby it works), strong smell of sewage in the rooms and beaten up head rests. Unfortunately the nights were very hot due to the slightly warm weather (only 28-30) but rooms that go on the street are very noisy so it’s not always possible to keep them open at night.

I stayed for one week to attend a conference at Centre Congres de Lyon. This Apart'City locates 15 minutes away on foot from the Center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very functional and spacious. The only things I did not like were the smell of the sewage outlet in a bathroom and the appearance of a small roach twice in 7 days. However, I would choose this hotel again next time, since it is very comfortable and the rent is reasonable. There are small shops and a café nearby. There is a bus stop next to this hotel which takes us downtown.

The staff was very friendly Good and quite room. Not so far from the city center Something I would improve is the variety of products offered for the breakfast. It would be nice to have more free-milk options.

Nice place to stay also if you work at congress center. The restaurant is also nice for breakfast and dinner. Clean and quiet. Personnel is always to help and accomodate when needed. Good connection with the city center.

Very good stay in this hotel. My employer had reserved an apartment. It was very large, well equipped, very comfortable. Plus, on the seventh floor with a good view. Nice staff. No problem. Very good restaurant in the same building.

came to Lyon alone, I appreciated the quality of the hotel, its service, and the room. A clean and spacious room with a perfect bathroom, equipped with a very large shower. A room equipped with all useful accessories, a large television, a safe, a large cupboard, a kitchen area with everything you need to eat and a small fridge. More than enough for a few days. Conversely, the table is not practical, because it is stuck to the wall. Air conditioning, integrated. Downside on the noise of the city, especially in the evening and morning from 5:30 a.m.

The staff are super friendly and professional! A delay of one hour for access to our room but a commercial gesture was offered to us. Clean and spacious establishment, the children felt comfortable and so did we! We'll come back!
