Well maintaining beautiful swimming pool and beach. Empty and nothing around. Far from next town. Only one restaurant from resort open but over pricing average 4-8 times from outside resort.

I confirmed that there was a free luggage storage service and requested it, but the male manager responded by saying no with a very rude tone and expression. I received a response from Trip.com saying I could re-confirm the service, and when I contacted another employee and asked, I received an answer that it was possible. When I went back with the employee, the male manager only made the excuse that the translator was faulty and never once apologized for his poor response. If the translator was wrong, why did another employee who showed the same translation understand it right away? This male manager ruined all my good memories in Vietnam. I will never visit again. (+ It’s very noisy because there are a lot of Chinese people.)
