Well bad service hotel, despite the friendly staff , the internet and bad , little flexible for early check in or late check out , broken amateur ice machine , requests are not answered in detail, As a lata drink comes without canoe or cup, the restaurant requires q vc make the order and wait 30-45 min at least without allowing q vc request before , and there you go . And they say they are the best hotel in the city . Simple but without problems accommodation. The air conditioning is quiet but the windows are going through a lot of noise from the nearby bars.

Very nice small hotel, very clean and the staff is very warm and friendly. We stayed here for two weeks and the hotel's breakfast has not changed.

We choose this hotel to spend only one night while waiting for a flight. Excellent choise. Hotel near th airport but quit because is it located in a luxury condominium. It has swimming pool, tennis court, gardens and a beautiful beach with some umbrellas. The room and the bathroom are clean and the bed is huge.The hall is pleasnt, staff helpfull and the a la carte o self service restaurant is good and various. Price of the room excellent for this level. I would to go back for a longer period.

The breakfast is very tasty, full of varieties, from healthy things to more filled carbohydrates. Clean and pleasant hotel, very good service. The only bad point is the acoustics of the rooms, because it gives to listen well the ”cry” hahaha!

The Novotel Salvador Hangar Aeroporto best features are its location near the airport, newer facilities than most properties in Salvador, and it operates under the ACCOR hotel brand. Despite these advantages, I must report a unacceptable experience during my stay December 28th to 31st 2022 followed by deplorable managerial customer service in response to verified and documented service failures. I have reported these issues to my travel agency, my corporate travel unit, and my personal travel networks. As I discovered this property using Trip Advisor, I have decided to report this matter for the benefit of my fellow readers. I do not recommend this property for business travelers nor cultural tourism travelers (especially not those seeking afro-Brazilian tourism or those welcoming to the African diaspora). I share some reasons herein: • Unreliable Service: During my stay I experienced one major internet outage over six business hours, as well as minor room outages (less than 30 minutes) on each day of my stay. This hotel was advertised as catering to business travelers, but the hotel provided no updates when internet would be restored despite repeated requests. I did not receive any support to manage the disruption to my teleworking, and personnel were unable/unwilling to facilitate solutions (At one point, I was recommended to use the free internet of one of the shopping malls. Imagine carrying expensive computer equipment to what my taxi driver warned was a “high crime” area). Sadly, the ability of the reception staff to identify solutions was more unreliable than the internet service. • Poor Room Quality: This hotel advertises rooms of high standards of quality, and I am sure many receive good rooms. However, I received a room that was both substandard quality (bathroom sidings and interior furniture water damaged, door malfunction, refrigerator malfunction) and pollutted by the buildings HVAC exhaust being poorly designed, allowing exhaust to flow against rooms on the lower floor (high noise pollution noticeable when sleeping). I believe most guests do not have this experience, as the issue likely affects few rooms on the lower floors. However, when choosing this property, one must ask the question, how does the receptionist decide who receives these rooms which experience high dust inflow and high noise pollution (I have videos and photos available upon request). Why are some customers placed in quality rooms, and others assigned to substandard rooms (noting the hotel has standard room types based on bed requirements)? Why did this hotel property assume that one of their few afro-descendent customers would accept the worst room in the property? • Deplorable Managerial Level Customer Service: Upon checkout, a customer service representative noted my dissatisfaction with my hotel experience, and asked if I would be willing to receive inquires from hotel management the next business day. Good facilities, comfortable bed, beautiful leisure area, breakfast OK (sweet tape reserve)

The hotel has a beach outlet, is very wide, with beautiful spaces, such as the pad and the gardens. The environment is wonderful, from the pool you see the blue sea (a little brave sea!!). The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The room is quite simple and it would be good to re-model it, but the truth that you spend a little time in the room and that was not important for us. The attention is good and the capirinha excellent!! We would certainly return.
