Great location in the Bay of a small fisherman's village. The view from the breakfast terrace was beautiful. Service was friendly and easy going. Public parking is available around the corner of the hotel (free from 8 pm to 8 am). Rooms and bathrooms are rather small but for us it was sufficient. Rooms are very quiet as windows to the small street are very well isolated. During our stay there was construction ongoing in the Bay (May 2023) which didn't bother us as we had breakfast before it started.

Exceptional service All your staff are a credit to you. The young man on reception kindly extended our check out time until 2pm and also looked after our luggage until 5pm whilst waiting for our airport transfer car to pick us up. All your restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive and very friendly. My husband and l both from day 1 enjoyed Nuno's good sense of humour. Comment 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend you to family and friends if they are visiting Madeira.

Pleasant location with a view. Camara do Lobos has a**osphere, with restaurants and bars and nice views. I stayed in both PESTANA hotels over 4 nights, and this is the quieter one. Comfortable rooms. Daniel on reception is a first class ambassador for Pestana, and this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, Thankyou.

What a wonderful welcome. We are impressed. We arrived today and had the warmest and informative welcome from Ana Our room is well appointed albeit on the lower floor with beautiful bay views and lush foliage in the balcony. We are currently sitting outside listening to the buz of the village and the waves and watching the twinkling lights over the bay What more could anyone need ?

The Hotel is situated in a beautiful bay for a relaxing holiday in one of the quieter places on Madeira. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were so friendly and always cheerful. In fact the staff were amazing, and made the stay at Pestana Churchill Bay so much more enjoyable, as they went out of their way to help you with anything.

The pool area is clean, the sun loungers are clean, the pool water is clean, chairs for wheelchair users very well, as it is a boutique hotel, there is a lot of quality, the people at the reception are very polite, it was a spectacular day spent with my family.

Great hotel, very nice staff. Good breakfast. Pool and sauna is situated on roof with lovely view of bay. The sauna door needs fixed however. Parking is tricky in the local area. Would stay again.

A small hotel located in the bay of Câmara de Lobos. Super quiet as there is no through traffic. From the first hour to the last coffee on departure, everything was great. Even small requests were fulfilled by the excellent young team around Daniel, Carolina, Pedro, Joao, Perdro C. and Eduarda. The service with heart was convincing. The room with a view of the bay was great. We will be back.
