The customer service was very good. Now that I have been reimbursed, I remember that I booked another hotel and couldn't check in. After a voice call, Ctrip customer service readily helped me change to this Marriott hotel and made up the difference.

Check in was amazing! Super friendly so kind and genuine….. I went to the store and came in with heavy items and a staff member right away came to help me as the saw my hands were full…….so friendly and polite. I will definitely be back!

Always great, friendly , professional service throughout the hotel. I did discover an alcohol bottle behind the couch (easy to miss!) At breakfast good coffee, but industrial eggs and meat, is not good anywhere), good oa**eal bar and yogurt brands and coffee. WiFi is very weak. This is everytime I stay and I love this location for family and work and comfort. Very polite front desk manager tried to help so I would have better WiFi last night in my room, understanding I needed to work upon return, and still one phone cell bar and pages not loading. Next time I'll email ahead. One stay I had to call a tech company who worked with the property, which helped, but my online work plans in my room had to be postponed. I love.the property, amenities location and staff, kudos to them. Please fix WiFi. Thank you

They have been having internet and WiFi issues for a long time but that wasn’t disclosed. Verizon also has no reception so I couldn’t get my hotspot to work and I had a lot of business to handle. I ultimately had to cancel my stay after one night and find a new hotel in Thousand Oaks. Also, the shower squeaked really badly. At that point, I just had to laugh. And leave.

I believe they allow people to have parties with loud music and people screaming in their rooms. I payed to have a good night sleep and couldn’t get any rest. Location is super convenient, the rooms are spacious and clean, good breakfast but just don’t disturb my sleep. I am very unhappy with last night’s experience at this location

We were so happy at this hotel. My son stayed there during Chris**as and had the same experience. My daughter lives in the townhouses adjacent so we could easily walk to her place. The breakfast had many options and was healthy! The rooms are large. The staff was magnificent. Thank you to Jocelyn for making our late checkin so easy.
