Elevator was faulty and wouldn't close when u press the button.

Staff at checkin were extremely nice and helpful (Filipino pair). Was told rate includes the hot breakfast. Overslept so didn’t try. Room is really HUGE! Everything is nice :)

The parking lot is behind the hotel and it took a long time to check in. The breakfast area was full of people and you had to stand to eat. The room was big but the bathroom was small. There was a refrigerator and microwave. It was very close to the outlet, just a few minutes away.

The last stop of this business trip, I must go shopping. It is close to Camarillo Premium Outlets, 7 minutes by car, but there are few cars around. I called a taxi in the afternoon and waited for more than half an hour. The environment is not bad, it is right next to the road, and the breakfast is also at the level of a normal Holiday Inn. If you want to come to this outlet shopping, you can consider it.

We were greeted warmly by the check-in clerk. We had made a few requests for room location and she honored our preferences. The room was comfortable, clean, and we had a great night’s sleep.

The staff who check me in was unfriendly. It was 2:30 pm there was barely cars at the parking lot and she told me they're in full capacity so my room is not ready and ask me if i want a king instead. Told her no i reserve 2 queens i have 2 adults and 3 children. 20 minutes later she called and said the room is ready. She put me near the elevator and roof view i asked to be moved and she moved me downstairs to first floor room that was near the laundry room for housekeepers and cart full of dirty wet sheets by my door and hallway.

I was looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, to decompress from a draining week and thought this would be the place to do it. Not so much. Check in was pleasant, the person checking me in gave me the run down, since this was my first visit. I did indicate the purpose of my visit. Why I was placed next to the storage area where the door slammed several times a day and the air conditioning unit was in need of repair because of the high pitched noise it continually made. Had to purchase noise canceling earbuds to shut out the noise so I could try to sleep. The room otherwise was fine. The lady at check out didn't even ask me how my stay was, so I spoke up about the issues in the hope the next guest doesn't have to endure that. Most likely will not return.

The room was lovely! Extra towels were brought to the room quickly. Coffee always in the lobby. The breakfast was great- we loved the egg omelets. The kids liked the pancake making machine!

Decent price for the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Toiletries provided in room. Only downside is the freeway noise, slight disruption to sleep. Only one elevator for entire hotel. Snacks in the lobby for purchase and breakfast included in price.

The fact that it was right on the beach and it was only a few dollars more for the VIP breakfast. Also the bar and restuarant were very nice.
