Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa

As part of a coach tour my husband and I stayed for four nights. The room was comfortable and clean with adequate storage for clothes etc. There was no noise at night so enjoyed good sleeps. Staff in all areas were pleasant and very attentive. Any requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I requested a specific GF breakfast item which was not available but was then provided by Alison the following morning plus alternatives.which she had personally acquired...outstanding! We pre ordered our evening meal each day. There was a good choice and all of the meals were well presented and delicious. Breakfast was self service with multiple choices ...and tables were cleared quickly by attentive staff, some of whom were trainees who were doing very well. The hotel was busy with several conferences being held each day. This did not impinge on our stay at all as staff seemed to take it all in their stride. Overall a very good stay and would love to return someday.

Bed was comfortable, area was quiet to sleep, food was amazing.although there was scuffs on bed base and shower base was broken

Clean bedrooms with comfortable beds so a good night sleep. The service was slow for dinner and breakfast which seems to be due to not having enough staff. Would stay again only to sleep!

It would be appreciated if the swimming pool area could have a specific time for children's lessons. The pool was full of many children for a larger part of my stay, which was meant to be a wedding anniversary celebration for me and my wife.

We took up yet another Q Club offer and the Cambridge Belfry must rate as one of the best so far. The setting with the lake is beautiful and the swimming pool and spa did not disappoint. Very convenient for Wimpole Hall and not too far to go for the Park & Ride into Cambridge.

Very pleasant stay, easy check in, nice clean room, comfortable bed. Restaurant very good, interesting food but steaks were wonderful, had 3 ribeyes betepween us and all were really good. Breakfasts good choice, fresh hot food. I wish the decaf coffee was ground proper coffee not instant, but apart from that everything was good.

Lovely area, staff were friendly and helpful! Hotel was clean and room was ideal. Will be rebooking here when working in the area!
