This hotel is in the best, most convenient location to Harvard. Walking distance to everything! Free coffee and waters in the lobby are such a nice touch!

The room was very clean and tidy. Free coffee, tea, and milk were provided downstairs; the oat milk was delicious, and the coffee was in capsules – excellent! Transportation was very convenient; it's very close to Harvard University.

I requested a quiet room, and was assigned a room was on the first floor. Every 10 seconds or so there was a low but audible jackhammering sound (something in the HVAC system?) and rumbling in the hours that the T was running. I blasted white noise but it could not mask the sounds. I had a horrible night’s sleep. DO NOT stay here.

I recently stayed at Hotel Veritas and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed without feeling overdone. It’s in a great location, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and explore the area. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the service. From the beginning, Chris was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Hotel Veritas to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. The combination of location, atmosphere, and exceptional service—especially thanks to Chris—made it a memorable visit.

Great concierge and front desk service! I was given such a beautifully furnished and well-cleaned room. Not a lot of space, but no need for a single occupant. I liked having access to the self-service espresso bar downstairs. They just need to offer more than oat milk as an alternative. Great price, wish I was staying here for Harvard Graduation. It does get loud with student nightlife during the weekends, due to proximity to Harvard Square.

Wonderful staff, lovely lobby with a fireplace. Clean modern decor. And a fantastic coffee/tea bar for guests! It’s my hotel of choice in Harvard Square.

I reported the television was not working on four different occasions, on separate days, to multiple front desk staff. The issue was never resolved so I didn’t receive the value of the room I purchased.
