I couldn't check in early at the hotel, so I went in at 4:30, took a break, went to see Boston with my son, and went to sleep, but when I woke up at around 2 am, the air conditioner didn't work. Do not use...

Exceptional service as ALWAYS! But Jorge was absolutely brilliant! Above and beyond! We got back from a cold walk and called to get a few more pillows and the front desk told me of course on the way. Hung up the phone poured a drink and KNOCK KNOCK!!! I mean 5min ! We have all asked for something and waiting, calling several times, hospitality is a very demanding busy job! Then room service was ready!! Wow

Nice area / good location if you’re happy to Uber to tourist destinations (you’d need to travel anyway). Well priced. Clean, well sized rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Wine hour was a nice touch. Coffee/tea also good. Free loan of Polaroid camera a fun idea for the family. Directly attached to mall which was very helpful in the cold weather.

The hotel was reasonably clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The hallway odors were mildly unpleasant, the room had noticeable rust stains and the “resort fee” was excessive considering the very limited amenities beyond standard.

Best hotel. My friend and I were stranded being only 18 and this hotel was the only one that would allow us in. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and got us into a room right away. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. A good overnight stay for us.
