Ibis Cambridge Central Station

The hotel is right next to Cambridge train station, which made getting around super easy. The weather was quite hot, but the room temperature was comfortable and controllable with the air conditioning. It was also quiet, with no disturbances. However, when I woke up in the morning, I found a small fly in the room, which was a bit off-putting. The window was closed, so I'm not sure how it got in.

The shower water wasn't hot, not hot at all. I've never stayed at a hotel where the shower was so uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, though. It's right next to the train and bus stations, so the transportation is very convenient.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location was incredibly convenient, the facilities were excellent, and the service was outstanding. We had a truly wonderful and high-quality travel experience, and we're very grateful. We will definitely be back!

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room amenities were quite basic; for example, there was no refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was also insufficient. The hotel lobby's check-in area is small, and when it's busy, guests checking in or out can obstruct the walkway. The cleanliness of the restrooms on the lobby level needs attention.

The hotel service was good, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The room was also nice; though not large, the overall cleanliness was great. I booked this hotel to catch an early flight the next day, and overall, it was a positive experience. The only minor issue was that the breakfast times differed from what was stated on Trip.com. Trip.com showed breakfast starting at 6 AM, but it actually began at 6:30 AM, so I missed out on it. Despite that, I was still very satisfied.

The room was a bit small, and while the amenities were basic, they were sufficient. For two people on a long trip, though, there wasn't really enough space to open large suitcases. With only one chair, it's probably better suited for a solo traveler. The train station is just a hundred meters downstairs, and there are several supermarkets and fast-food restaurants nearby, which is super convenient.

Excellent! The room was small but very clean and tidy, perfectly adequate. The breakfast was surprisingly the best I had on my entire UK trip. Compared to the Hilton, Hampton Inn, and DoubleTree I stayed at later, their English breakfast with hash browns, sausages, and baked beans was far superior. There's a Sainsbury's supermarket and fast-food places like Pret A Manger right downstairs, which is super convenient. It's a bit of a walk to Cambridge, about 20 minutes on foot. The front desk service was also great and very friendly.
