Functional stay. Very friendly at reception. Fair food, little variety and poor quality.

I booked a 2-week stay through their website to go with my 4-month-old baby and my partner. That's how I put it when I booked. Confirm the reservation by phone a month before, and everything was confirmed. My surprise was when we arrived and they gave us a room in block C (something they neither give you a choice nor ask you about), the one furthest from the reception, dining room, cafeteria (block A)... and the one with a little walk of just 1m or less to be able to carry the baby stroller. We had a problem because the road had some bushes that invaded the path and in the curved sections we had to lift the car by hand and almost go through the garden to be able to pass. That's how we had to walk every day because to get to the dining room (breakfast, lunch, dinner...) it was the only way. We complained and asked for a room in Block A, which is where all the services are. But his response was that everything was complete... As for the rooms, 90cm beds. That thing that they say 90-130... is a lie because I also complained and they told me that ALL the rooms were the same... and if you go with a baby and have a double bed they make things easier for you. Also the mattresses... uncomfortable... worse than the ones we have at home, I woke up with lower back pain every morning. Nowadays, when there is a great variety and progress in rest (something that is highly valued when you go on vacation... to rest), I think it would not cost so much to improve this aspect. On the other hand, there are few steps in the apar**ent to move the baby stroller. He didn't even enter the room. If you want a crib, the cost increases per day... and your room runs out of space... To access the pool with the stroller, you have to go around the entire building... come on, accessibility leaves much to be desired. My general complaint goes to the facilities and accommodation. They have to renovate them or at the time of reservation they give you to choose which block you want if you go with a cart. On the other hand, the positive The Buffet and its staff are very good. The food is very varied and healthy.

Much to improve in everything in general. Repetitive food, little variety and quite poor in general, they even tell you to remove your plates. Fair apar**ents, very bad mattresses. Hotel where the reception speaks correct French, the welcome is cordial, the rooms well equipped and clean, the beds correct. Very well located a stone's throw from shops and the beach. Pay attention to paid parking all around. in the evening the hotel's entertainment is noisy and ends late (11:30 a.m.) which interferes with sleep, the rules around the swimming pool are not respected and there were people swimming dressed, young children/preschoolers. naked teenagers around the pool, or infants in the pool without pool diapers. the restaurant is also very noisy, morning and evening, but the buffet is varied and fresh. In short, a good stay but not more than a week.

The apar**ent does not have a freezer and with the heat in the area, it is basic that you cannot be on the terrace because the air unit releases its heat towards the entrance of the room and it cannot even be opened.

This is the 4th time I've been to this hotel without any problems, but this stay from June 6 to June 20 we were upset because several groups of students from 13 to 18 stayed in the hotel, there were around fifty of them. he was running down the halls slamming bedroom doors. And we restaurant he all came at the same time and the noise he made. After 1 week I had to ask to change buildings but on this side I had the noise of the cars, the garbage collection during the night and the terrace and the bar which is located below and the music. I had half board and on the last day I had to leave at 7am to catch the plane, we asked for a lunch packet and we were told no. The restaurant staff is very nice as well as the room maids. So this time I give it a score of 4 out of 10.

Group stay (cyclotourism). The apar**ents are spacious and perfectly suited to community living (the living room serves as a second bedroom). The buffets are generous and varied. We did not have the opportunity to test the beautiful swimming pool but it seems well maintained. Closed garages are available for bicycles.

We were in a ground floor apar**ent. Being after Easter there were not many people but in summer it must be horrible because of the noise of people in the pool, at the foot of the pool. The right apar**ent. Bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain somewhat outdated now. The mattresses sink. The kitchen utensils only had 4 covers. If you want something else you have to ask for it. We had to ask for a frying pan and a coffee pot. We had to unplug the refrigerator at night because it made a lot of noise. The buffet lacks a variety of fish for my taste. One day there were only mussels, nothing else to choose from. The juices are machine-made, very bad. As a positive I will point out the location. Next to the port and a step away from supermarkets, pharmacies and shops and bars. For parking it is all blue zone but there is an open field nearby where you can park for free (in front of Aldi). The animator is very nice and professional.
