Plusses: Clean, friendly, good food, entertainment good, adequate sun bed provision Negatives: When booking no option is given for location of apartment, ours were a long way (for me, as a disabled person) from the main hotel/restaurant/pool, and up a REALLY steep hill. And the drinking water provision.... you are advised not to drink the tap water in the hotel so your only option is to buy bottled water from the shop on site or down the road, if you can get there when they're open. I do feel that a 4 star hotel should make some accommodation for their guests for such a basic need! A tap where guests can refill bottles for instance. To be told last thing at night that your only option is to take a glass of water back along the long walk back to your apartment is surely not acceptable.

Propreté des lieux, accueil chaleureux, service attentionné, menu et nourriture excellente,.. notre séjour là-bas fut en tous points mémorable! Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation. Merci à Monica et tout son staff!

excellent hotel belles prestations, restaurant superbe sous forme de buffet tres variés, aussi bien pour le diner que pour le petit déjeuner, tres belle chambre avec tv francaise, superbe piscine avec terrasse situé à 100m de la mer

Durante nuestra estancia, hemos tenido junto al ascensor y frente a nuestra habitación diariamente, un contenedor con la ropa sucia y sudada , de un grupo de ciclistas alojados en el hotel, situación antihigienica e insalubre, inconcebible en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Pese a las protestas en recepción, no se tomó ninguna solución.

ASUN y JOSE LUIS Ha sido todo un descubrimiento el hotel Mónica. A pie llegas en 3 minutos a la playa, al pueblo con su ambiente, tiendas y restaurantes, al paseo marítimo y a su puerto deportivo.!!TODO A MANO !!!! Desde la llegada demuestran la amabilidad con la que te tratan. !!Enhorabuena a todo el equipo que compone el hotel!! ...desde recepción , cafetería, restaurante y personal de habitaciones. Las habitaciones limpias y completas, !! no les falta ningún detalle!!. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas, con una piscina y jardín que hacen un entorno apto para el disfrute y descanso. Felicitaciones a todo el equipo de cocina, por la calidad de todo lo que se presenta en el buffet y la plana. De manera particular quiero dar las gracias al personal de cafetería, que a causa de una pequeña lesión, me facilitaron hielo y no dudaron en ayudarme en todo lo necesario. Y por último, destacar la labor de Mónica, que su cercanía con nosotros y el resto de l@s huéspedes, hace que te sientas como en casa. Muchísimas gracias !! Recomiendo al 100% pasar unos días por aquí ... y ..... Mónica ,...nos volvemos a ver !!!

Solo puedo decir que volveremos ,, precioso hotel con buenas instalaciones y súper limpio Y el buffet muy bueno, bastante variedad y calidad La zona de la piscina es muy tranquila y cómoda No hay que coger coche para nada porque está en muy buena zona y a tres minutos de la playa

Estancia muy agradable, personal amable y atento, desayuno muy bueno y variado, habitaciones ok. Piscina sombría por la tarde, spa agradable,posibilidad de usar duchas el día de salida... Volveremos y lo recomendaría.

Un hotel perfecto. Habitaciones amplias y con todos los servicios, zonas comunes muy acogedoras y limpias. El buffet es muy bueno, variado, abundante y con alimentos de gran calidad. El trato buenísimo, familiar, siempre atentos a todo. Al lado del club náutico, con el paseo marítimo y la playa con sólo cruzar la calle. Nosotros repetimos siempre.
